The 10th October 2026 episode of Yeh Fitoor Tera takes Soumya deeper into her emotional confusion as she struggles to accept what she feels for Jeet. While her family celebrates her upcoming engagement with Ridhan, Soumya’s heart continues to pull her towards Jeet. Soumya Helps Jeet With His Injury

The episode begins with Soumya quietly placing relief balm on Jeet’s bed before leaving.

Jeet tries to apply the medicine to his injured back himself, but reaching the affected area proves difficult. He even tries using a spoon to apply the ointment, but the attempt is hardly successful.

Seeing him struggle, Soumya asks him to wait and enters the room.

The funniest part has to be the Rambo misunderstanding. Soumya invents a name to hide her feelings, and Jeet promptly turns it into a full investigation. Her attempt to escape one awkward conversation somehow creates an even bigger mess.

And that is precisely what makes this love track work. Soumya keeps trying to convince everyone—including herself—that Jeet means nothing to her, while practically every interaction proves the opposite.
