Rakshit Struggles After Repeated Job Rejections
The episode begins with Rakshit sharing disappointing news with Mohit. He reveals that he has been rejected in all three job interviews. Frustrated by his situation, Rakshit admits that his surname has now become his weakness. The name Bharadwaj, which once carried status and privilege, seems to be working against him as he tries to rebuild his life.
Just then, Rakshit receives a call from property broker Jignesh. The broker informs him that he has found a house that fits his budget. Rakshit feels hopeful and immediately calls Aparajita to share the news. He asks whether she can come and see the house with him.
Aparajita agrees, explaining that lunchtime is approaching and she will come over. The couple is eager to find a place where they can begin their new life together, but their financial difficulties continue to stand in the way.
When Rakshit meets Jignesh, he learns that the rent for the house is ₹2 lakh. He immediately makes it clear that he cannot afford such a high amount. Jignesh argues that someone like Rakshit Bharadwaj should be able to pay that much, still judging him by the family name he carries.
Rakshit asks him to forget about the Bharadwaj identity. He explains that he is now living a middle-class life and must find a home that suits his present circumstances.

Jignesh then brings up his brokerage fee. Rakshit points out the irony of the situation: Aparajita has lived in this very house before, so why should they pay brokerage for returning to a place she already knows?
