Tum Dena Saath Mera 18th October 2026 Written Update: Aparajita Hides Her Job from Rakshit as Navratri Begins

Aparajita Defends Sudha Despite Their Differences

The episode begins with Aparajita explaining that although she and Sudha disagree on several matters, she does not consider Sudha her enemy. Malti asks the neighbours to leave and tells Aparajita to have a meal with Rakshit once he wakes up. She then leaves with Rashmi.

Aparajita returns home and finds Rakshit standing there. He praises her for being a wonderful person, especially because she continues to respect Sudha despite the way Sudha has treated her. Rakshit is impressed by Aparajita’s ability to separate disagreements from personal relationships.

Aparajita gets tired of hearing him praise her and tries to change the subject. She teasingly calls him boring and says he talks like an uncle. Rakshit closes the door and jokingly asks whether she is trying to trap him and take advantage of him.

Aparajita hugs him and playfully declares that such behaviour is not allowed from the next day. When Rakshit asks why, she reminds him that Navratri is beginning. Their lighthearted exchange brings a romantic touch to the episode, showing how comfortable they are becoming with each other.

Aradhya Changes Sheela’s Travel Plans

On the other side, Mohit advises Aradhya to rest and reminds her to take the second dose of her painkiller. Aradhya feels guilty that Sheela’s travel plans have been ruined because of her injury. She insists that the money should not go to waste and suggests that Mohit accompany Sheela on the trip instead.

Sheela initially refuses, saying she is too old to go travelling. Aradhya disagrees and insists that Sheela deserves a break. Sudha supports Aradhya’s suggestion and encourages Sheela to travel and enjoy herself.

Sheela realises that Aradhya has changed the entire plan. Sudha asks Mohit to start packing, but Mohit sees an opportunity to travel with Raveena and Reva instead. He says that he will go alone, prompting Sheela to question who will manage the office in his absence.

Aradhya reassures Sheela that there is no need to worry about the office because Vivaan can handle the work. Still, Sheela stops Mohit from proceeding with the plan. What begins as Aradhya’s attempt to make up for the cancelled trip turns into another disagreement over who should travel and who should take responsibility for the office.

Rakshit Celebrates Navratri with Aparajita

The next day, Rakshit performs the Navratri puja with Aparajita. He admits that he cannot celebrate the festival with Sudha this year, but he is happy that Aparajita is by his side.

Their celebration takes on a special meaning as Rakshit adjusts to the changes in his life. Aparajita’s presence offers him companionship, even as his relationship with Sudha remains strained.

At Sudha’s house, Sudha explains the puja rituals to Aradhya. Aradhya, in her thoughts, imagines herself becoming the malkin of the house. Her ambition contrasts with the devotional atmosphere surrounding the Navratri celebrations.

Arvind notices that Aparajita and Rakshit are missing and goes to look for them. Vivaan remarks that Arvind has forgotten everything again. Mohit then tells Arvind that Rakshit has gone out for a meeting and will return in two days.

Sudha uses the opportunity to tell Arvind that Rakshit has left them for Aparajita. Arvind becomes emotional and starts crying. Her words deepen his distress and reinforce the growing divide between Rakshit and his family.

Aparajita Repairs Rakshit’s Shoe Before His Interview

Later, Aparajita gives Rakshit his tiffin box as he prepares to leave for an important interview. Rakshit tries to kiss her, but she stops him and reminds him that Navratri has begun.

Rakshit then asks about her company. Aparajita avoids continuing the conversation and points out that they are getting late. As they prepare to leave, they notice that Rakshit’s shoe is torn.

Aparajita immediately offers to fix it before he finishes getting ready. Rakshit goes to change, giving her time to work on the shoe. Instead of simply covering the damaged area, Aparajita adds a design that cleverly hides the hole and makes the shoe look better.

When Rakshit returns and sees what she has done, he is delighted. He praises her talent and asks whether there is anything she cannot do. Aparajita responds playfully that she certainly cannot afford to be late for work.

The exchange highlights Aparajita’s resourcefulness and practical nature. She finds a solution to a small but inconvenient problem without making Rakshit feel uncomfortable about his worn-out shoe. The couple then leaves together.

Aparajita Keeps Her Tailoring Job a Secret

Later, Aparajita visits a tailoring shop, where the owner instructs her to complete the day’s work. She quietly focuses on the task, determined to finish what has been assigned to her.

Aparajita does not want Rakshit to discover that she is working at the tailoring shop. Her decision to keep her employment a secret raises questions about why she feels she cannot share this part of her life with him.

While she continues managing her responsibilities, Rakshit remains unaware of the work she is doing behind his back. Her secret could become a source of tension if he discovers it unexpectedly, particularly as their relationship grows closer.

The episode ends with Aparajita balancing her personal life and her determination to work, while the people around her remain caught up in their own family conflicts.

Precap: Rashmi’s Pregnancy Brings Exciting News

Everyone learns that Rashmi is pregnant. A neighbour then asks Aparajita when she plans to become pregnant. Aparajita jokingly replies that she first needs to settle down in life, after which she will give everyone a whole cricket team.

Rakshit overhears her answer and smiles. Aparajita, in her thoughts, admits that she is the one waiting most eagerly for this happiness.

Review

Aparajita and Rakshit bring warmth to an episode filled with family tension. Their playful Navratri exchange and the shoe-repair scene show Aparajita’s caring nature without turning her into someone who simply depends on Rakshit. She is resourceful, hardworking and determined to manage her own responsibilities.

The more intriguing development is her secret tailoring job. Aparajita clearly has reasons for keeping it from Rakshit, and that hidden side of her life could create a meaningful conflict later. Sudha’s emotional manipulation of Arvind also keeps the family drama alive, while Aradhya’s ambitions add another layer to the household dynamics.

The episode moves at a gentle pace, relying more on relationship moments than major twists. The pregnancy precap adds humour and a glimpse of Aparajita’s hopes for the future. The big question now is whether Rakshit will discover her secret before she is ready to tell him.
