Seher Hone Ko Hai 23rd October 2026 Written Update: Mahid Protects Seher as Haider Tries to Expose His Medical Reports
Mahid Decides to Protect Seher From Husna
The episode begins with Amal asking Seher what has happened, but Seher hides the truth and insists that everything is fine.
Mahid brings his bed into the room and announces that he will sleep beside Seher. Seher reminds him that Amal is also staying in the room, but Mahid argues that Husna will not hesitate to attack Seher just because Amal is present.
Amal overhears their conversation and questions what is going on. Seher tries to hide the truth from her, but Mahid loses his patience and openly tells Amal that Seher is lying to her.
Seher scolds Mahid for speaking to Amal so harshly. Mahid, though, insists that Amal needs to understand the danger surrounding them. He points out that Seher has always tried to protect Amal by keeping her away from painful realities, but this has also prevented Amal from recognising the sacrifices Seher has made for her.
Mahid then questions Amal about her marriage to Haider. He asks why she is hiding from her husband if their relationship is legitimate, pointing out that she is pretending to be sick and staying in the house only for her safety.
Amal is stunned by his words and asks whether they have figured everything out. Mahid makes it clear that he understands the situation and will not allow Seher to remain vulnerable to Husna’s plans.
Seher and Mahid Share an Emotional Moment
Mahid reiterates that he will sleep beside Seher to protect her from Husna. Later that night, he gently touches Seher’s hand, and she cuddles up to him.
Mahid hesitates, worried that Amal might wake up and notice them together. Seher reassures him that Amal never wakes up in the middle of the night.
Feeling safe beside him, Seher hugs Mahid tighter and expresses her love. She admits that she cannot bear the thought of losing him again.
Their emotional moment highlights how deeply Seher fears being separated from Mahid. Despite the dangers surrounding them, she finds comfort in his presence and in his determination to protect her.
Mahid Installs CCTV Cameras to Catch Husna
Determined to strengthen security, Mahid installs CCTV cameras around the house and carefully adjusts their viewing angles. He wants to make sure that nobody can enter unnoticed and that any suspicious activity can be recorded.
Elsewhere, Haider questions Hakim about the theft of the jewellery. Hakim explains what happened and admits that he suspects his own mother is planning something. He realises that he needs to act before she returns home and creates further trouble.
Mahid arrives to install a CCTV camera in Hakim’s room. Hakim appreciates his efforts to secure the house and wonders how a thief managed to enter the property in the first place.
Worried about his wife’s safety, Hakim expresses his concern. Mahid reassures him that everything will be sorted out once they catch Husna.
Hakim then praises Husna for winning the trust and affection of so many people. Mahid reacts with an unimpressed expression, clearly unconvinced by the praise.
Hakim Advises Mahid to Spend Time With Seher
During their conversation, Hakim advises Mahid to spend quality time with Seher, reminding him that they are newlyweds.
Hakim explains that he still loves his own wife, Husna, and longs to spend time with her. He understands how frustrating it must be for Mahid to have Amal staying in their room when he and Seher should be enjoying their time together.
Mahid responds that he does not mind Amal’s presence because taking care of her is his responsibility. He also makes it clear that he cannot allow Amal to return to Haider while her safety remains uncertain.
Hakim continues encouraging Mahid to prioritise his relationship with Seher. His advice highlights the tension between Mahid’s responsibility towards Amal and his desire to build a peaceful married life with Seher.
Amal Confronts Seher About Her Relationship With Mahid
Later, Seher hands Amal her luggage and assures her that she no longer needs to be afraid of facing Haider.
Amal refuses to accept Seher’s reassurance at face value. She tells Seher to stop pretending, revealing that she saw her hugging Mahid the previous night.
Amal admits that she knows her presence is disturbing their married life and believes Mahid is angry with her because she is staying in their room.
Seher immediately defends Mahid and scolds Amal for misunderstanding his intentions. She explains that Mahid is trying to protect her, not punish her for being there.
Seher then apologises to Amal, expressing deep regret over her past inability to protect her from Haider. Her apology reveals the guilt she continues to carry over everything Amal has endured.
The conversation takes a turn when Amal again taunts Mahid. Seher loses her temper and scolds her, unwilling to tolerate Amal’s continued criticism of the man who is trying to keep them safe. She eventually walks out, leaving their disagreement unresolved.
Haider Tries to Strike a Deal With Farid and Sultana
Meanwhile, Haider meets Sultana and Farid to negotiate a deal. He agrees to release Amal from his custody, but only if they publicly expose Mahid’s medical reports.
Farid is furious at the suggestion. He refuses to compromise his medical ethics or betray Mahid’s trust simply to secure Amal’s release.
He firmly rejects Haider’s proposal and orders him to leave.
Haider then turns to Sultana and asks her to convince her husband to reconsider. After Haider leaves, Sultana and Farid argue over the matter.
Farid remains determined not to reveal Mahid’s private medical information. His refusal puts him at odds with Sultana, but he stands by his principles rather than allowing Haider to use him for his own purposes.
Haider’s attempt to use Mahid’s medical reports as leverage shows that he is prepared to exploit sensitive information to get what he wants. Whether Sultana can change Farid’s mind remains uncertain.
Seher and Mahid Prepare to Investigate Husna
Later, Mahid notices that one of the CCTV cameras has lost its signal. Concerned that something may be wrong, he goes to investigate.
He finds Seher changing her clothes. She explains that she is wearing a safety jacket to protect herself. Mahid helps her fasten it, and the two prepare to leave together.
Seher and Mahid decide to visit the police station to gather information that could help them build a case against Husna.
With the threat against Seher still looming, the couple knows that protecting themselves will require more than installing cameras. They need evidence that can expose Husna’s actions and help them uncover the truth.
The episode ends with Seher and Mahid preparing to take their investigation forward, hoping to find the evidence they need.
Precap
The inspector informs Mahid that only three people visited Hussain in jail: his wife, Husna, and her husband, Hakim.
Mahid is shocked by this revelation. At the same time, Seher discovers some clues that could help them uncover the truth.
Review
Mahid’s determination to protect Seher gives the episode its emotional core. His decision to sleep beside her and install CCTV cameras shows how seriously he takes the threat from Husna. Seher’s confession that she cannot bear to lose him again adds warmth to their relationship, even as danger surrounds them.
Amal’s confrontation with Seher brings a more complicated emotional conflict into the story. Seher wants to protect her, but Amal’s suspicion makes it difficult for her to recognise Mahid’s intentions. Seher’s guilt over failing to protect Amal in the past also explains why she continues to shoulder so much responsibility for her.
Haider’s attempt to obtain Mahid’s medical reports creates another serious threat, while Farid’s refusal to violate medical ethics gives the subplot a strong moral centre. The precap delivers the most intriguing clue: Hakim’s visit to Hussain in jail could connect him to the mystery surrounding Husna.
The next episode promises a significant development in the investigation, especially if Seher’s discovery and the inspector’s information lead to the same person.
