Anupama 3rd November 2026 Written Update: Prem Fights for His Life as Anupama Faces Harsh Accusations
Prem gets shot and collapses to the ground, leaving everyone horrified. Mathela immediately flees from the spot, while Rahi screams Prem’s name. The Shahs panic as they see Prem lying injured. Anupama rushes to him and desperately asks him to open his eyes. She reminds him that Rahi is right there and urges her daughter to encourage Prem to fight back. Anupama assures everyone that nothing will happen to him and prays to God to save his life. Digvijay informs them that the ambulance will arrive in a few minutes.
The situation becomes critical as the doctor decides that Prem needs immediate surgery. Rahi is shattered by the thought of losing him and struggles to control her emotions.
Vasundhara Collapses After Learning About Prem
RV informs the Kotharis that Mathela has shot Prem. The shocking news leaves Vasundhara overwhelmed, and she faints. RV asks the family to look after her before deciding to rush to the hospital. He also stops Raja from accompanying him and asks him to stay back to take care of Pari and the others.
Gautam immediately blames Anupama for the latest tragedy. Anil questions whether this is the right time to start accusing people, but Gautam insists that RV should warn Digvijay before he becomes another target. Anil scolds him for making such remarks during a family crisis.
Gautam continues claiming that the Kotharis have suffered enough because of Anupama. RV, though, remains focused on Prem’s condition. He is furious with Mathela for ignoring his warning and targeting another member of the family.
Rahi Breaks Down as the Families Turn Against Anupama
Rahi breaks down and asks Anupama how everything could go wrong when things seemed so peaceful. The Shahs also question her about Prem’s condition. Anupama loses patience and asks everyone to remain quiet instead of adding to the tension.
Rahi urges Anupama to pray for Prem’s recovery. Leela, though, makes a hurtful remark, claiming that nothing will happen because of Anupama since she is the reason behind Prem’s condition. Digvijay questions Leela about her words, but Paritosh asks him to stay out of the matter.
Leela blames Anupama for filing an FIR against Mathela without considering the family’s safety. Kinjal immediately asks Paritosh to stop speaking against Anupama. Paritosh turns on Kinjal and tells her to ask Anupama to remain quiet instead. Hasmuk finally intervenes and asks everyone to stop arguing.
The doctor soon comes out with an update. He informs the family that Prem is out of danger, but the next 24 hours remain critical. Rahi becomes distressed and questions why the doctor is frightening her when the bullet has already been removed. Anupama tries to console her and help her stay strong.
The doctor asks everyone to leave the room, explaining that only two people can stay. Anupama offers to remain with Rahi, and RV also says that he will stay beside her. Rahi then asks Anupama to return home because she wants to be alone for some time. Anupama is deeply hurt by her daughter’s decision and struggles to understand why Rahi does not want her around.
Leela decides to light a lamp and pray for Prem’s recovery, while the family prepares to leave the hospital.
Gautam and Mathela Discuss the Attack
Elsewhere, Gautam confronts Mathela and questions him about shooting Prem. Mathela explains that his original target was Anupama, but Prem got hit instead.
Gautam warns him that Anupama will not spare him after this attack. Mathela remains confident that Anupama cannot do anything against him. Gautam disagrees and reminds him that he does not understand Anupama’s determination. He points out that Mathela has now tried to kill Prem, and Anupama will certainly fight back.
Leela, Paritosh and Pakhi Blame Anupama Again
After returning home, Anupama decides to light the lamp and pray for Prem. Leela taunts her, asking whether she alone is enough to light it. She remarks that Anupama only knows how to ignite fires, indirectly blaming her for the family’s troubles.

Anupama is left devastated as the people around her refuse to understand her intentions. Her decision to stand against Mathela has once again become a reason for the family to turn against her.
Mahi’s Accusation Leaves Anupama Shattered
At the hospital, Rahi remains disturbed while looking at Prem. RV stays beside her and tries to comfort her through the difficult moment.
Back home, Anupama finally breaks down under the weight of everyone’s accusations. Mahi adds to her pain by bringing up Aryan’s death. She says that she lost Aryan because of Anupama, while Rahi nearly lost Prem. Mahi questions whether Anupama will ever be satisfied after putting the lives of their sons-in-law at risk.
Her words leave Anupama shocked and emotionally crushed. Already struggling with Rahi’s rejection and the family’s hostility, Anupama finds herself facing another painful accusation.
