Yaadein 3rd November 2026 Written Update: Mallar Decides to Resume His Studies as Masaan Baba Returns to Blackmail Dev and Shristi

Srijha Pushes Jia to Confront Mallar

The episode begins with Srijha asking Jia to accompany her. At the same time, Mishri makes Meena eat the Sargi, knowing that Meena secretly observes Karwa Chauth for her husband.

Meena tells Mishri that their situations are similar, but Mishri at least knows that her husband is serving in the military. She reflects on the uncertainty surrounding their lives. Mishri asks Meena to keep her faith in God and assures her that He will surely bring her husband back one day. Meena agrees with her.

Srijha brings Jia to Mallar and reveals that he is observing Karwa Chauth for her. Jia immediately clarifies that she has no feelings for Mallar. Srijha advises her to explain the truth directly to him, and Jia agrees.

Jia approaches Mallar and tells him that she wants to talk. She explains that there is a huge difference between them and that a relationship between them is impossible. Mallar asks whether she would consider being with him if he changed himself for her.

Jia tells him that he should change only if he genuinely wants to improve himself, not to win her affection. She then tries to leave.

Srijha, who has been listening to their conversation, stops Jia and asks her to swear on Goddess that she does not like Mallar. Jia takes the oath and clearly declares that she has no feelings for him.

Mallar then asks whether Jia would have loved him if he had also studied to become a doctor like her. Jia refuses to entertain such assumptions, explaining that she cannot make decisions about her life based on imaginary situations. She leaves, making her stand clear.

Mallar Makes a Big Decision About His Future

The next morning, Mallar keeps thinking about Jia’s words. Srijha comes to check on him. As Mallar notices a child going to school, he is reminded of Jia and her education.

At the same time, the men in the village struggle with hunger as they observe Karwa Chauth fasts. They complain to Dev and Shristi about being hungry. Shristi asks them to be patient, reminding them that the moon will appear in five hours. Dev and Shristi then leave.

Later that night, Dev suggests that Johala Chap call his wife. Johala Chap refuses, explaining that his wife has blocked him, leaving him unable to contact her.

Mallar Surprises Everyone by Choosing Education

The moon finally appears, and the couples complete the Karwa Chauth rituals before breaking their fasts.

At this point, Masaan Baba returns to Kallari village. He thinks about exposing Dev and Shristi’s divorce and looks forward to enjoying the trouble it will create. He comes across the couple, praises them and leaves.

Mallar then announces that he is also observing Karwa Chauth for someone and wants to look at that person through the sieve. Dev immediately assumes that Mallar is talking about Jia. He gets furious and warns that he will break Mallar’s legs if he looks at Jia through the sieve.

To everyone’s surprise, Mallar does not look at Jia. Instead, he takes the sieve and looks at a book through it. He explains that he wants to restart his studies.

Mallar reveals that he failed his Class 12 examinations two years ago and stopped studying afterward. His decision to return to education makes everyone happy. The villagers congratulate his parents, appreciating this positive step towards his future.

Masaan Baba Plans to Threaten Dev and Shristi

Later, Masaan Baba approaches Dev and asks him to come to the Kallari Health Centre. His return signals fresh trouble for Dev and Shristi, especially since he is determined to expose their divorce.

Precap

Masaan Baba blackmails Dev and Shristi, demanding that they leave Kallari village. He threatens to reveal their divorce if they refuse to obey him.

Review

Mallar’s decision to resume his studies is the highlight of the episode. Jia’s rejection initially hurts him, but her words seem to make him think seriously about his future. Choosing education instead of trying to impress Jia is a meaningful step for his character. The Karwa Chauth celebrations add a lighter touch, while Masaan Baba’s return brings the tension back into Dev and Shristi’s lives. His blackmail threat promises another difficult challenge for the couple.
