Yeh Fitoor Tera 3rd November 2026 Written Update: Jeet Saves Sanjiv as Soumya Exposes His Fear of Abandonment

Jeet silently steps forward to save Sanjiv Saxena’s life by donating his blood. He does not want anyone to know about his sacrifice and requests the nurse to keep it a secret. Soumya happens to witness the blood donation and gets emotional. She realises that Jeet never shows off his good deeds or seeks appreciation for helping others. When the nurse asks him for another bag of blood, Jeet readily agrees and tells her to take as much as required to save Sanjiv.

Jeet Donates Blood, but Nita Accuses Him of Creating Trouble

Anup asks Madhu to reduce her workload because she is observing a fast. He also learns that Uma has kept a fast for the well-being of the family. Anup appreciates Uma’s kind-hearted nature and tells Madhu that she seems like a genuinely good person. Still, he shares his strange feeling that something unpleasant is about to happen.

At the hospital, Soumya asks Jeet to have some juice, but he refuses and walks away. He accidentally collides with a nurse, causing an injection to fall from her hand. Nita immediately turns the incident into a major issue and accuses Jeet of deliberately dropping the injection to harm Sanjiv. Sobha and Pakhi also join her in taunting him.

Soumya cannot tolerate their accusations. She asks everyone to calm down and explains that the injection falls accidentally. She questions their logic, pointing out that if Jeet really wanted to harm Sanjiv, he would never have donated his own blood to save his life.

Nita refuses to listen and questions why Soumya keeps defending Jeet. She dismisses his blood donation as an attempt to repay a debt. Nita then insults Soumya by asking whether her father knows that she is following the orders of a goon.

Uma steps forward to support Soumya and strongly confronts Nita. She makes it clear that the injection falling is an accident and Jeet should not be blamed for it. Nita continues her humiliation, calling Soumya a third-class person like Jeet.

This is the final straw for Jeet. He loses his patience and warns Nita to stop speaking disrespectfully about Soumya. He reminds everyone that they have always treated him as bad blood, but now that same so-called bad blood is flowing through Sanjiv’s veins. His powerful response leaves the family speechless.

Soumya Understands Jeet’s Deepest Fear

Later, Soumya follows Jeet and questions why he is upset with her for revealing his blood donation. Jeet reminds her that he specifically asked her not to tell anyone. Soumya explains that she cannot remain silent when people humiliate him. She admits that she naturally feels compelled to defend him whenever someone insults him.

Jeet tells her that everything she is doing is pointless. Soumya then asks whether he expects something in return for all the things he has done for her. Jeet honestly admits that he does not know.

Soumya understands that Jeet is hiding his emotions behind his indifferent attitude. She tells him to stop pretending that he does not care whether people stay in his life or walk away. According to her, Jeet is soft-hearted like a child, but he deliberately conceals his affection from everyone.

She further explains that his strategy of acting emotionless will not work with her. She understands why he keeps his good deeds a secret and believes that he is afraid of allowing his expectations and feelings to grow. Soumya points out that Jeet has made his own life hopeless by constantly expecting people to abandon him.

She compares him to a boat that is always prepared to sink instead of trusting someone to help it stay afloat. Soumya then reminds him about the X she mentioned earlier and reveals that she has finally understood what it represents. She tells Jeet that his biggest fear is the fear of abandonment.

Her words deeply affect Jeet. As Soumya tries to walk away, she suddenly feels dizzy and struggles for a moment.

Sanjiv Recovers and Reveals the Truth About Jeet

The surgery is successfully completed, and the doctor informs the family that Sanjiv is out of danger. He tells Nita that Sanjiv can now be taken home. Sobha becomes worried that Jeet will receive all the appreciation for saving Sanjiv because he donated his blood. She fears that he will once again become the centre of attention.

Jeet eventually returns home, where Soumya notices that he is deliberately avoiding her. Madhu offers Soumya some fruits, but she clarifies that she is not starving. Madhu grows curious and asks whether Soumya has kept a Karwa Chauth fast.

At home, Dadi feels relieved and emotional when Sanjiv returns safely. Sanjiv reveals that he is alive today because Jeet donated his blood and saved him. Dadi struggles to understand Jeet’s true nature. She wonders how the same person who has supposedly caused the family so much pain could also step forward to provide the help needed to save Sanjiv.

Sanjiv then makes a major revelation. He tells Dadi that Jeet was never responsible for his accident and that the family has misunderstood him all along. Dadi begins regretting the repeated taunts and insults she has directed at Jeet. Sanjiv explains that Jeet has made countless sacrifices for the family, yet everyone continues to treat him unfairly.

He also reveals that Jeet refused Soumya’s proposal because he is terrified of losing the people he loves. Sanjiv believes that Jeet’s emotional struggles and fear of abandonment are behind his decision. He eventually blames himself for Jeet’s present condition, realising that his own actions have contributed to his suffering.

Uma Supports Soumya as Madhu Questions Her Fast

Elsewhere, Madhu questions Soumya about observing a fast despite her father’s warning. Soumya refuses to reveal the reason behind her decision, saying that she cannot explain everything to her. Madhu insists that she should at least eat some fruits instead of remaining hungry.

Uma intervenes and asks Madhu not to force Soumya. She believes that the family should understand Soumya’s feelings and support her during this difficult phase rather than making her feel helpless.

Madhu expresses her concern and reminds Uma that Anup will never accept Jeet. Uma, though, wants everyone to stand by Soumya instead of putting more pressure on her. Soumya remains caught between her feelings and her family’s expectations.

The episode ends with Sanjiv finally acknowledging Jeet’s sacrifices, while Soumya continues to understand the emotional wounds that have shaped Jeet’s behaviour.

Precap

Dadi gives a chunri to Jeet and asks him to give love another chance. At the same time, Nita manipulates Anup and creates a situation in which everyone is led to believe that Jeet and Soumya are celebrating Karwa Chauth together. Her latest conspiracy threatens to create another misunderstanding between the families.

Review

This episode gives Jeet an emotional breakthrough without making him deliver a dramatic confession. His blood donation speaks louder than his words, while Soumya’s confrontation brings his deepest insecurity into the open. Sanjiv’s revelation to Dadi is equally important because it finally challenges the family’s long-standing perception of Jeet. Dadi’s regret could mark the beginning of a change in their relationship, but Nita’s next conspiracy threatens to undo that progress. The strongest part of the episode is Soumya recognising that Jeet’s indifference is actually a defence against the pain of abandonment.
