Anupama 5th November 2026 Written Update: Prem Regains Consciousness as RV Threatens Gautam
Rahi Fears Losing Prem Forever
The episode begins with Rahi telling Anupama that her entire world has fallen apart without Prem. Anupama urges her to keep faith in God, but Rahi is too devastated to listen. She pushes Anupama away and declares that she has no reason to exist without Prem. Rahi even decides to end her life. Anupama screams for her, deeply shaken by her words.
The Shahs try to calm Anupama, suggesting that she might have seen a bad dream. Her shock only grows when she learns that both Rahi and Prem are in the hospital.
Rahi discovers that RV has donated blood to Prem. She thanks him for stepping forward to help Prem, but RV asks her to stop thanking him. He finds it awkward that she is not arguing with him for once. Rahi makes it clear that she will never forget what he has done for Prem. RV asks her to relax as she waits anxiously for Prem to regain consciousness.
At the same time, Anupama breaks down while worrying about both Rahi and Prem. Ishani informs the family that RV has messaged them with an update: Prem is stable, and Rahi has eaten something. Anupama feels relieved to hear that Prem is doing better.
Anupama Challenges God as She Performs a Havan
Hasmuk asks Anupama to remain calm now that Prem is stable. Prerna also urges her to eat something, while Ishani decides to sleep beside her. The family keeps trying to convince Anupama to take care of herself.
Anupama refuses to eat until Prem opens his eyes. She decides to observe a fast and perform a havan continuously until he comes out of danger. Her desperation turns into a challenge to God as she demands that Prem’s life be saved.
Kinjal feels terrible watching Anupama perform the havan without taking a break. Ishani worries that Anupama will fall sick if she continues like this. Leela, on the other hand, criticises Anupama, claiming that she has a habit of making mistakes and then turning to prayers. She remains unsympathetic towards Anupama’s suffering.
RV Confronts Gautam Over Mathela
RV meets Gautam and questions him about why he called him. Gautam asks whether Prem is dead, provoking RV into hitting him.
RV confronts Gautam for informing Mathela that the Shah family was present at the pandal. He reminds Gautam that his target was Anupama and that he had specifically warned both Gautam and Mathela not to harm anyone else in the family.
RV demands Mathela’s address, but Gautam mocks him by asking whether he is Mathela’s wife or GPS to keep track of his whereabouts. RV warns Gautam that he will teach both him and Mathela a lesson if anything happens to Prem.
During their confrontation, Gautam notices Mahi’s call on RV’s phone. He becomes furious and decides to take revenge on RV.
Elsewhere, Digvijay files a complaint against Mathela. The inspector decides to support Anupama and asks Digvijay to inform her about the development. He also collects the available evidence against Mathela and prepares to help Anupama.
Vasundhara Vows to Punish Mathela
Vasundhara is extremely worried about Prem’s condition. Anil and Raja try to console her, but she remains restless. She asks Gautam to track down Mathela, declaring that she will personally punish him for targeting Prem.
Vasundhara refuses to spare either Mathela or Anupama, making it clear that her anger is far from over.
Prem Regains Consciousness and Asks for Anupama
The biggest relief comes when Prem finally comes out of danger and opens his eyes. Rahi becomes emotional and happy to see him conscious again.
Prem immediately enquires about Anupama. He also asks Rahi whether she is still angry with her. Prem clarifies that Anupama tried her best to save him and reminds Rahi that Mathela is responsible for what happened.
Rahi refuses to discuss Anupama, but Prem insists that she should call her. His concern for Anupama is clear even as he recovers from the frightening incident.
RV visits Prem and encourages him. Prem thanks RV for donating blood and helping save his life. RV asks him to recover quickly and return home soon.
Back at home, Hasmuk informs Anupama that Prem is now out of danger. Kinjal adds that Prem wants to see her. Hasmuk asks Anupama to thank God for saving Prem’s life, and Anupama gratefully does so.
Precap: Anupama Accepts Defeat, but the Goddess Gives Her Strength
Anupama breaks down and bows before God, accepting her defeat. The Goddess encourages her not to give up and urges her to fight back. She reminds Anupama that when a woman raises her voice against injustice, it can destroy evil.

Prem opening his eyes is the emotional high point of the episode, especially after Rahi’s heartbreaking breakdown and Anupama’s desperate prayers. RV’s unexpected blood donation adds an interesting twist to his equation with Rahi, while his confrontation with Gautam promises trouble for Mathela.
The episode also sets up an important conflict around Anupama. Leela’s criticism and Vasundhara’s growing anger suggest that Prem’s recovery may not bring peace to the families just yet.
