Udne Ki Aasha 5th November 2026 Written Update: Sayali Questions Sachin’s ₹25 Lakh Business Investment
Sayali Makes Sachin Think Twice About Expanding His Business
The episode begins with Sachin discussing his expansion plans for Mumbai Cha Chokra with Sayali. He suggests purchasing a 16-seater Tempo Traveller, believing that a bigger vehicle will help them secure group bookings, accommodate more passengers and increase their profits.
Sayali, though, is not convinced. She worries about investing ₹25 lakh in a second-hand vehicle and points out that unexpected repairs, maintenance expenses and insufficient bookings could put their finances under pressure. She also reminds Sachin that they have Anya to look after and cannot afford to make such a huge investment without proper planning.
Sachin argues that taking risks is necessary to grow a business. Sayali agrees that risks are part of entrepreneurship, but makes it clear that calculated risks are very different from making decisions without considering the consequences.
To settle their disagreement, Sachin decides to seek advice from ChatGPT. He asks what they should check before purchasing the vehicle. The response advises him to inspect the vehicle’s condition, service history and documents. It also recommends calculating all associated expenses, including fuel, driver charges, insurance and maintenance, while assessing the actual demand for group bookings. Keeping proper bills and payment records is also highlighted.
Sachin then reveals another important detail. An investor is ready to provide ₹25 lakh for their business and has already paid an advance of ₹2.5 lakh. To Sayali’s surprise, Sachin admits that he has already signed the agreement.
ChatGPT advises him to carefully examine the investment conditions, utilisation of funds, payment terms and responsibilities of both parties. It also recommends verifying the advance payment records and consulting a qualified legal professional before proceeding.
Sachin Understands Sayali’s Concerns About the Investment
Sayali feels relieved that her concerns have finally been addressed. She explains that purchasing a bigger vehicle alone will not make the business successful. They must also consider running expenses, instalments and other financial responsibilities before committing to the investment.
Sachin realises that he was concentrating only on buying the vehicle without thinking about the financial burden that would follow. Sayali explains that she is not against expansion or taking risks; she simply wants them to understand how much risk they can actually afford.
Sachin playfully calls her a businessman, but Sayali proudly corrects him by saying that she is a businesswoman. Their conversation highlights the importance of working together and balancing ambition with financial responsibility.
Sachin Notices Tejas Acting Suspiciously
Later, Sachin notices Tejas doing something suspicious. He addresses him as Tejas Sir, making Tejas uncomfortable. Tejas asks him not to use that title because it sounds strange.
Sachin picks up on his nervous behaviour and questions him about where he has been all these days and what he is currently doing. Tejas avoids giving a direct explanation and asks Sachin to wait. He promises to reveal everything later, leaving Sachin curious about what he is hiding.
Sachin Decides to Train the Children for the Dance Competition
Elsewhere, the children feel disappointed after Tittu boasts about having his own dance teacher. He confidently claims that nobody can defeat him in the upcoming dance competition. The other children also express their wish to learn dancing from a proper teacher.
Sachin overhears their conversation and proudly declares that dancing runs through his veins. He decides to take responsibility for training them himself.
He begins with warm-up exercises before teaching the children basic hand movements and dance steps. The children enthusiastically follow his instructions and enjoy the practice session.
When the elders notice the training, they start questioning Sachin’s teaching methods. One suggests that the children should learn Bollywood-style dancing, while another prefers traditional Marathi dance steps.
Eventually, Sachin asks Sayali to teach the children the remaining steps. Sayali hesitates and insists that she cannot do it. Sachin encourages her to participate and guide the children, trying to bring her out of her hesitation.
The episode ends with the dance preparations continuing.
Precap: Sachin and Sayali Face an Important Financial Decision
The documents need to be examined carefully before a final decision is communicated within an hour. The investment agreement and its conditions remain crucial to Sachin and Sayali’s business expansion plans.
Review
The business discussion is easily the strongest part of the episode. Sayali brings a much-needed dose of practicality to Sachin’s ambitious plans, reminding him that expansion means taking responsibility for expenses, not just enjoying the prospect of bigger profits. Sachin’s willingness to reconsider his approach is a positive development, although signing an agreement before properly discussing it with Sayali is a serious concern. The dance-training track adds some light-hearted entertainment and gives Sachin another chance to show his playful side. The big question is whether the ₹25 lakh investment will turn into a profitable opportunity or an expensive lesson.
