Anupama 7th November 2026 Written Update: Anupama Gives Up Her Fight Against Mathela as Prem Urges Her to Stay Strong

The episode begins with Digvijay asking Anupama to take her medicine. Anupama refuses, but Digvijay insists until she finally takes it. Banku understands that she is exhausted, but he encourages her not to lose hope. Anupama admits that she is frightened this time and feels like giving up.

Just then, the inspector arrives to meet Digvijay, Anupama and Banku. He informs them that no evidence against Mathela was recorded during the Garba event. Banku finds this hard to believe and questions how Mathela could have managed to buy the entire footage. The inspector promises to investigate the matter.

Digvijay suggests checking the CCTV footage, drone recordings and any videos that might have been captured by people attending the event. The inspector agrees to look into every possibility. Anupama, though, has already lost faith in the process. She announces that she wants to withdraw the case. The inspector is taken aback, and Digvijay immediately takes Anupama away.

Anupama Loses Hope as the Inspector Tries to Convince Her

Anupama breaks down and admits that she is tired of fighting. She no longer wants to file a case against Mathela. Banku tries to comfort her by sharing some positive news. He tells her that Ishani and Pari have informed him that Prem is doing fine and will be discharged from the hospital soon.

Anupama decides to visit the temple, seeking some peace amid the ongoing struggles.

The inspector makes another attempt to change her mind. He admits that he did not take her complaint seriously earlier, but now understands that she is not someone who files a complaint and then withdraws it after reaching a settlement. He assures her that she has his full support.

Anupama explains that every time she has filed a complaint against Mathela, she has ended up disappointed. She has reached a point where she no longer has the strength to continue. Despite the inspector’s assurance, she remains firm about withdrawing the case.

Prem Asks Rahi Not to Blame Anupama

At the hospital, the doctor informs everyone that Prem’s blood pressure is high. Rahi asks him not to overthink things and focus on recovering. Prem tells her to stop blaming Anupama because she has done nothing wrong.

Rahi admits that she does not know what to think anymore. All she wants is for her husband to be safe. She longs to spend some peaceful time with Prem without constant family conflicts and worries. She decides to get food for him.

Before she leaves, Prem asks Rahi to inform the Kotharis that he will stand by Anupama and support her, even if everyone else opposes his decision. His resolve makes it clear that he does not intend to abandon Anupama in her fight against Mathela.

Paritosh Records Prerna’s Confession as Kinjal Grows Suspicious

At the Shah house, Leela asks Paritosh not to accept the offering happily. Paritosh complains that he cannot celebrate when he is unable to meet Pari. Leela tells him to stop shouting at her and blames Anupama for the situation.

Kinjal decides to visit the puja pandal. Paritosh questions her casual attitude, reminding her that they are still unable to meet Pari. Kinjal remains hopeful because Anupama has assured her that she will bring Pari back. She also mentions Vinit’s name, making Paritosh question her further.

Prerna arrives looking exhausted and admits that she can no longer handle Pranshi. Leela reminds her that becoming a mother was her own wish. Paritosh quietly records Prerna’s confession, suggesting that he may use her words later.

Soon, Hasmuk arrives looking for an important file. Leela tells him that she has not found it. Hasmuk becomes worried, wondering where such an important document could have gone.

Kinjal starts suspecting Paritosh and Pakhi. She notices that both of them avoid making eye contact with her and the other Shah family members. Their behaviour makes her increasingly doubtful, while Hasmuk remains concerned about losing the file.

Prem Meets Anupama and Encourages Her to Fight Back

Prem decides to meet Anupama. RV asks him to return home and meet her later, but Prem refuses to wait. He is determined to see her.

Anupama becomes emotional when she meets Prem. He immediately asks her not to blame herself for everything that has happened. Rahi reminds him that everyone is waiting for him at the Kothari house, but Prem wants to know about Mathela’s case first.

Banku informs him that Anupama has decided to withdraw the complaint. Prem is disappointed by her decision and urges her not to surrender. He encourages her to continue fighting against Mathela and promises that he will stand beside her.

Prem assures Anupama that even if he fails to support her at some point, Rahi will always be there for her. Rahi then reminds Prem that they need to return home because Vasundhara is waiting for him.

Anupama Finds a New Source of Strength at the Temple

Anupama visits the temple and asks Panditji to pray for her son’s well-being. She then decides to step back and end her fight against Mathela. Despite making this decision, she remains uncertain about whether she is doing the right thing.

As she thinks about Mathela and everything she has endured, Anupama notices a woman walking on her knees inside the temple. The woman questions God about the injustice she has suffered and declares that she will not give up because she believes only God can help her now.

Anupama asks the woman to stop walking on her knees. The woman remains determined, refusing to surrender despite her suffering.

Anupama stands stunned as she watches her. The sight of the woman’s determination and the light inside the temple leave a deep impression on her. The moment appears to make Anupama question her own decision to give up.

The episode ends with Anupama caught between exhaustion and the possibility of finding strength again.

Precap: Anupama Accepts Defeat

Anupama breaks down and says that she is no longer able to fight. She feels completely alone and believes that nobody is standing beside her. Finally, she accepts her defeat.

Review

This episode focuses on Anupama’s emotional exhaustion as her repeated attempts to get justice against Mathela leave her feeling helpless. The inspector’s renewed support comes at a time when she has already lost faith in the system. Prem’s decision to stand by her offers some hope, especially when he refuses to let her blame herself.

The Shah family track adds another layer of suspicion, with Paritosh secretly recording Prerna and Kinjal noticing the strange behaviour of Paritosh and Pakhi. The missing file also raises questions about what they might be hiding.

The temple sequence is the episode’s strongest moment. Watching another woman refuse to surrender forces Anupama to confront her own decision. The precap suggests that she is still on the verge of giving up, but the temple encounter may become the turning point that brings her fighting spirit back.
