Nikhil was shocked to see the breaking news on TV about Trishna/Lajjo’s wardrobe malfunction and rushed to Lajjo to console her from this horrible incident. Sagar is also worried for Lajjo, knowing she is from a small village and this thing can never get off her mind. Sagar heard Lajjo saying to Rancho, that she feels she has lost her respect and now she is afraid of seeing her husband, how will she meet his eyes. Sagar feels Lajjo got humiliated by someone’s dirty plan and decides to find out. Nikhil comes to meet Lajjo at Sagar’s residence and Sagar identifies him thinking he met him before. Nikhil hugs Lajjo while she cries. Sagar too gets tears in his eyes seeing her in pain, but leaves as what he is expecting from her, can never happen, as she has a very supportive husband and his feelings won’t reach any destination. Sagar has fallen in love with Lajjo’s simplicity and goodness. But he is happy seeing her with Nikhil. Sagar wishes the best for Lajjo.
Nikhil pacifies Lajjo and tells her that he is earning well now and she does not need to prove anyone now. He says we will go back to Sonbarsa, as per her wish and will set up a small home for them, where they both will be living happily. Ratri comes to meet Barkha at her home, and they don’t see Nikhil coming. They are busy in their talk and Ratri says about Lajjo’s embarrassed and shocked face when the wardrobe malfunction happened. Barkha says now Lajjo will never dare to face the stage. Nikhil hears them talking and comes to know Ratri is behind all this and Barkha supported her, not thinking she is playing with her daughter in law’s pride, how much hatred she has for Lajjo, that she fell so low. Ratri enjoys saying she did all this, by damaging Lajjo’s dress and was waiting for the moment it falls and Lajjo gets ashamed. Nikhil is shocked seeing Barkha saying cheers. Barkha falls in her eyes and Nikhil determines to expose Ratri for this dirty act. Will Nikhil be able to get back Lajjo’s pride and respect, and encourage her to compete in star hunt again?
