Uday Singh decides to get Pratap married to Mamrath’s daughter Ajabde as he feels Ajabde is the right girl for Pratap after seeing her concern towards Pratap. Uday Singh announces that they will go to Bijolia to asks Ajabde’s hand for Pratap. Pratap gets happy. They leave for Bijolia. Mamrath ji welcomes them. Uday Singh and Jaivanti Bai get shocked knowing about the other prospect for Ajabde and thinks to keep the shagun in the cart which they brought for Ajabde. Uma Devi brings Surajmal’s son Toranmal’s alliance for Ajabde and suggests Toranmal is the right partner for Ajabde. Meanwhile Pratap proposes Ajabde with a flower and tells her about their purpose of visit. Ajabde gets teary eyed as her alliance was already fixed with Toranmal and breaks the news to Pratap shocking him. He confronts and asks her how can she agree to marry someone else, but Ajabde is adamant because of the promise Mamrath ji made to Surajmal.
Later Mamrath ji asks Toranmal to see Ajabde’s reflection in a big water pot. Uma Devi sends Ajabde near the window where Toranmal is waiting to see her reflection in water. Pratap prevents Toranmal from seeing Ajabde’s reflection as he throws a small pebble in the pot making the reflection to get blurred. He decides to find about Toranmal’s background and decides to stop the engagement anyhow. Chakrapani comes to know about Toranmal’s first wife and informs Pratap. Pratap comes and exposes Toranmal. Ajabde doesn’t bother about Toranmal’s marital status and decides to marry him. Pratap tries to dissuade her from marrying Toranmal. Uday Singh and Jaivanti Bai decide to leave. Hansa Bai happens to see the shagun kept in the cart and figures out their actual purpose of visit. She asks Jaivanti Bai, but she hides the truth. Pratap accepts to her that they have come to ask Ajabde’s hand. Hansa Bai gets happy and decides to support Pratap.
Ajabde locks herself in the room till she gets engaged as she fears Pratap will kidnap her. Pratap and her parents ask her to open the door, but she refuses. Pratap tells her about Kanha puja in the evening. Ajabde couldn’t stop herself and opens the door. She does the puja and locks herself again. She tries to run away from home but gets caught by Pratap. He brings her home. Hansa Bai asks Ajabde to rethink about her decision. Toranmal runs away from the engagement. Mamrath ji feels bad as his decision for Ajabde went wrong. The engagement is called off by Surajmal. Uma Devi talks badly about Ajabde making Jaivanti Bai annoyed. Udai Singh asks Mamrath ji for Ajabde’s hand in marriage to Pratap. Uma Devi gets shocked. Mamrath ji agrees happily. Hansa Bai and Jaivanti Bai get happy too. They decide to get them engaged soon. At the other end Dheer Bai gets shocked knowing Pratap – Ajabde engagement and thinks to stop it anyhow. Will she get successful, the answer is no. Ajabde and Pratap will get engaged anyhow.
