Halla Bol Season 2 on Bindass with Karan Tacker

The story is about Meera and her fightback. Meera is a modern day girl who had returned from the US after completion of her studies. She lost her parents at early age and thus brought up by her grandparents since then. Her grandparents live in their ancestral village and she visits them with the intention to take them to the city for living.  She is very fond of them and cares for them a lot. However, after reaching there she begins to realize that girls have restrictions and they cannot argue on any matter. She learns about a powerful man Ranji trying to take over farmer’s lands in his name by tricking them and her grandmom shared that info.

But Meera’s grandmom doesn’t want her to interfere in the matter and even she cannot argue with Ranji. Meanwhile, Ranji at his end is already hatching plans to take the land and also has his role in food poisoning. Meera’s grand dad gets admitted in the hospital after falling prey to it and advises Meera to not venture out in open at late hours in the village. Her grandpa was well aware of the village and the threat from Ranji. However, Meera is defiant and tries to unearth the property documents of farmers and how Ranji is giving them deceit. She speaks with farmers who are worried but can’t do anything. She informs them Ranji is fraud and sooner Ranji’s men comes to know of Meera making inroads to expose him. What follows after is Meera gets abducted for some time and threatened by Ranji directly on face with a pistol. She gets teary eyed with Ranji’s threats but still continues to fight for farmers and also defies the patriachial thinking of her family. Will she get support from her grandparents to combat Ranji & his men ? What made Meera to say Halla Bol and fight to protect farmer’s lands ?
