Malvika’s jealousy and feelings for Ishaan are coming out in open gradually with her decision to attend Sunday fun brunch party at his home though she was uninvited. It was all Aaliya’s plan to prove to Ishaan that Malvika will come there due to jealousy and moreover she cannot hold on to keep her feelings. Malvika credits to come there to see Ishaan’s mom and it has to be seen whether she shows more signs of jealousy, and feelings towards Ishaan. Ishaan at his end now agrees with Aaliya’s believe and understands how Malvika still haven’t moved on from him completely.
Next, there are bomb blasts in the city and the media reports that one of them is near Life Beat Hospital. The injured people are brought to the hospital for immediate treatment and KD informs Dr. Ishaan and other staff members about police arresting a terrorist Zayed. Moreover, KD informs that Zayed got a bullet injury on his leg and was found with all info on the blasts, and now remains at the mercy of the doctors. All this info is patiently listened by Ishaan, Dr. Sinha and Malvika who are in shock. Zayed is brought there for treatment, and attended by Malvika and other doctors, and soon taken to the operation theatre (OT).
Aaliya shares her beliefs in OT on not doing her medical science to treat such patients. However, Malvika informs her that a doctor’s duty is to save lives. Aaliya is thus having a moral dilemma though she knows the police and authorities will do their duty. Nevertheless, the surgery is carried out.
