Shivay is concerned for Anika’s bad health. He takes medicines for Anika to stop getting new blame on him from Dadi. Anika gets a bad dream about her sister, who got separated from her in childhood.
Shivay sees Anika shivering in cold. He goes to silently keep the medicines by her side. He finds her disturbed in sleep. He takes care of her. He realizes Anika is much disturbed and tries waking her up. Shivay checks her fever and worries for her. He lifts her and takes her to their room. He calms her down and tells her that he is with her, she is fine and her bad dream got over. Anika gets scared when lights go off and hugs Shivay. She asks him to switch on lights, as she is very scared of darkness. Shivay acts supportive. He assures safety to her. She falls asleep.
Dadi tells the family about Anika’s Pagphere ritual. Pinky asks Dadi to stop her attempts, as Shivay will never accept as his wife. Dadi tells Pinky that while doing the rasams, Shivay and Anika’s hearts will definitely meet. Dadi asks Pinky and Jhanvi to support her. Anika wakes up and finds herself in Shivay’s room. She asks Shivay how did she come here. Anika forgets what happened at night. Shivay lies to her, that she came herself and made him away from bed, to sleep as she had high fever. He asks her if she feels he lifted her in arms and got her here. Anika believes him.
Dadi gives new clothes to Anika for the pagphere rasam. Dadi asks Anika to get dressed and come for the rasam. Dadi asks Omkara and Rudra to drop Anika home instead Sahil, as Sahil is very young. Dadi asks Rudra to become Anika’s brother for this rasam. Dadi tells Shivay will get Anika back from her home. Rudra agrees to Dadi and wants more rituals to happen in Shivay and Anika’s lives. Anika applies the sindoor, by her strong belief in marriage. Shivay gets to see Anika applying sindoor and melts heart for a moment, but Tia provokes his anger against Anika again.
Shivay gifts Anika a beautiful box. Anika checks the box and was assuming it to have something special, but sadly its divorce papers in it. They are married, but the marriage happened by cheat. They have strong connection since they first met, but now Shivay upsets Anika again by gifting the divorce papers. Sahil comes to take Anika for Pagphere rasam. Shivay hands over the papers and asks Anika to never come back now. Anika feels Shivay is very bitter hearted and he can never change. Shivay has to stop himself from breaking Anika’s heart. Tia is very happy seeing Anika getting kicked out by Shivay. Dadi cries seeing the marriage breaking so soon. Anika apologizes to everyone, and was leaving, but Shivay changes his mind and stops Anika and Sahil.
