Suwarna meets Naira. Naira cries her pain. She says Kartik is so annoyed and not willing to meet me, how shall I bear all this. Suwarna gives her the key to all solutions. She says Kartik should know the entire truth and then all misunderstandings will be solved, none should know about this. Naira asks Suwarna will she go against Manish. Suwarna says I m mum of my children too. Naira says its wrong to put one relation on stake to save another. Suwarna asks her to understand. Naira tells her that she can’t agree. Suwarna convinces her for bringing truth in front of Kartik. She says Manish and Kartik’s relation can get better, I don’t want Manish to stay in fear.
Naira dances with everyone on Teej song. Teej festival is celebrated by Ghumar dance. Everyone is happy, as they don’t know about Naira and Kartik’s fight. They feel Naira is very lucky to get such a loving and caring husband like Kartik. Kartik has given a surprise to all the ladies. Naira has worn all the ornaments given by Kartik. She just wishes Kartik to come and make her Teej fast complete. She doesn’t know that Kartik is in trouble. Kartik gives lift to a man, who turns out to be a thief, planning to rob him and run away. Naitik misses Akshara. He hugs Naksh and Naira, and gets emotional. Ananya asks Naira not to be sad, Kartik will come soon.

Kartik meets with an accident. Naira celebrates Teej with her family. Naira misses Kartik. She dances with Singhania ladies. Her heart gets restless when Kartik meets with an accident. Naira waits for him. She hides her tension behind her smile. She unwillingly dances to hide the Goenka matter. Naitik gets a call and is informed about Kartik’s accident. He gets a huge shock. He gets worried and shares the news with Naksh and Naira. Naira faints on hearing this. Naitik, Naksh, Manish and Akhilesh reach the accident site to see Kartik. They see the car’s bad state and worry for Kartik.
