Naira reveals to Kartik about her pregnancy issues. She tells him that she wanted to tell him about meeting the gynecologist. She gives him the bad news, that there are less chances for her to conceive. Kartik gets a big shock on knowing this. He doesn’t get a chance to console Naira. They get busy with the family members. The family prepares for Gangaur puja. Dadi worries for Kirti. She doesn’t want Kirti to keep any fast. She gets too protective about Kirti. Kirti worries that Naksh may turn upset knowing Dadi’s doings. Dadi expresses her concern towards Kirti and her baby.
The women make the Gangaur idol, while singing and dancing happily. Naira gets sad seeing a little kid. She worries for Kirti’s sorrow. Kartik finds hard to accept the truth. He thinks of what Naira is going through. Naira wants to speak to him once and pacify. Kartik gets distressed and blames himself for the day. He thinks of his decision of not having children. He repents on saying those words. He joins Naira in the puja preparations.

Suhana meets Aryan and plays her love drama again. Aryan apologizes to her. She gifts him a bracelet, while he rings his expensive diamond ring to her. Suhana fools him. Dadi worries that Naira’s idol is still incomplete. Kartik gets the clay to complete Naira’s idol. He tells everyone that the clay is raw, but very much pure to make the idol. Kartik and Naira together make the idol, with a hope to have their child soon. They get praying. Naksh leaves Kirti with her family and goes home. Naira observes Shubham’s ring missing. She asks him about it. He tells her that he has gifted the diamond ring to Suhana. She asks him not to take the relation ahead till the family gets convinced, else he will get much hurt. Kartik and Naira decide to fight with their fate. He tells her that he will always support her. She tells him that they can still have hopes. He asks her to promise that they will never let their hopes break. Naira and Kartik don’t let any fear break their hopes.
