Skin Care Tips for Summer

People have to go through the scorching heat every summer. The youngsters face lots of difficulties and challenges to keep their skin beautiful, healthy and hydrated. Here are few simple and best tips for skin care, which you can follow this summer to keep your skin clean and clear.

Apply sunscreen when you are going out in the sun.
Always use UVA and UVB sunscreen with SPF30 and SPF70.
Apply the sunscreen every 2 hours to ensure your face will not get tanned quickly and remain fresh.

Drink at least 3 litres of water daily.
Whenever going out, carry a water bottle and drink every 30 minutes to keep your skin fresh, since it prevents dehydration.

Exfoliate for smoother skin.
Its beneficial to remove the dead cells from skin through moisturizers and toners.

Be with minimum makeup to help the skin breath.
Don’t apply multipurpose creams on your face during summer. Give a break to your skin from foundations and base toners.
Wash your face at regular intervals with mild facewash to remain fresh.
