Yeh Rishta: Kartik-Naira to face Suwarna’s disapproving hatred… Devyaani tells Naira about the auto lock system in the cupboard. She tells her that she will get the spare keys and check for diary later. She goes to attend her patients. Kartik asks Naira to go and get the keys soon. Naira tells him that she will get the keys and open the cupboard. She tries to get the keys from Devyaani by making excuses. Manish looks for Kartik. He realizes that Kartik isn’t at home. Naira runs to free Kartik from cupboard. She worries for him. They get saved from Naitik’s sight. Kartik tells Naira that is is going but only to come forever. He promises that he won’t be turning away from his love again and nobody can separate them. Naira tells him that she will not let anyone create problems for their love. She doesn’t want to hurt elders.
She wonders how to find some way to convince Suwarna. She gets worried thinking of Suwarna’s reaction. Kartik manages to get into his room by hiding again. Manish confronts him for his night out.

Kartik lies to Manish. Manish scolds him for his irresponsible behavior and lies. He asks Kartik if he went to have alcohol. Kartik tells Manish that he didn’t get drunk. Naira learns about Haryali Teej festive. She recalls her last Teej with Goenkas. She decides to celebrate Teej and keep the fast secretly. Naira finds a way to conceal her fast. She meets Kartik. She tells him that maybe Suwarna won’t agree. Kartik tells Naira that Manish won’t support them unless Suwarna does. They decide to talk to Suwarna. Naira gets scared of Suwarna. Kartik tells her that they have to make a try so that they don’t regret later. They hope that Suwarna understands them and their love.
Meanwhile, Suwarna prays for Kartik’s happiness at the temple. She doesn’t want Kartik to go away from her. She wishes that his annoyance ends. Naira gets Kartik to her once again. Naira saves Suwarna once again. She protects Suwarna’s mannat coconut as well. Suwarna happens to see her and gets an anxiety attack. Kartik waits to talk to Suwarna. Suwarna blames Naira for Shubham once again.
Kartik feels Suwarna’s hatred for Naira didn’t side away. Suwarna asks Naira to leave from Kartik’s life. Naira gets saddened with Suwarna’s angry behavior. Kartik tells Naira that they will tell truth to the family and convince them too. He doesn’t want to wait for the right time. He asks Naira not to have any doubts in mind. Naira tells him that they will not lose so soon. Suwarna wishes Kartik and Naira stay away.

Naira tells Kartik that she will keep Teej fast for him. He tells her that he will tell the family about their patch up. Dadi tells the family that they will send Shagun to Kirti, to show that their terms with Singhanias are still the same. Manish asks Surekha not to repeat the mistake and not send Kartik to Singhanias. He asks Kartik to maintain some distance with Singhanias. Manish clearly asks Kartik to not get some insult home for them. Devyaani tells Kirti that they aren’t interested in talking to Goenkas. Kartik takes help from Lav and Kush. He hides from Manish and meets Naira to give her the Sargi.
Naira gets happy. He tells her that he will keep the fast as well. She tells him that he won’t be able to bear hunger. Kartik sketches his name with mehendi on her hand and shares a cute moment with her. Naira rejoices on seeing the sweet Sargi. Naitik tells Naksh that it won’t be good for Naira if she attends Teej function and sees everyone celebrating. Naksh also feels that Naira will get sad. They go to meet Naira. Kartik doesn’t want anyone to know about them till they personally explain the family.
