YRKKH: Suwarna takes a step to fix impaired relations.. The entire family supports Naira in battling her disease. They forget and forgive everything happened till now. Naira’s illness works as a boon for Kartik and Naira’s relation, as everyone’s heart melts because of her sorrow. Naira suffers with the disease, where she forgets things that happened a second before. She gets upset with the way her life is going over. Kartik supports her. He also falls weak and sheds tears seeing her. Naira was afraid of the similar pain which she sees in him after the revelation of her illness. She didn’t wish Kartik to break down. Suwarna asks Kartik to be strong, and not prove Naira’s concealing decision right by falling so weak. The family suggests Kartik to stay happy and strong in front of Naira, so that they can give much strength to Naira in life’s tough phase. Naira gets scared of the medical process.

She denies to go for the medical tests. The family worries that Naira won’t be able to prepare herself for the surgery. They want Naira not to give up. Seeing Naira sinking in fear, Kartik too starts dripping in tears. He then asks Naira to follow her heart and think of their love, that will give her courage. He asks her to recover for the people who love her immensely. On the other hand, Suwarna shatters knowing that she is responsible for Naira’s fatal illness. She didn’t wish to harm Naira’s life for the loss of Shubham. Suwarna apologizes to Naira’s family and Kartik for giving so much stress and pain to Naira, that resulted in a blood clot in Naira’s brain. Suwarna hugely regrets for impairing lovely bond of Kartik and Naira. Suwarna motivates Kartik to stand by Naira and support her. Suwarna wants to rectify her messages by helping Naira recover and resume a normal life with Kartik.

Kartik persuades Naira for the medical tests with much difficulty. Kartik visits the temple and Dargah to pray for Naira. He wants the God to protect Naira, so that many relations get saved. The members of both the families of Kartik and Naira pray for her recovery. Naira gets anxious to know the test reports. Doctor produces Naira’s reports in front of the families. Doctor tests Naira that they have to proceed with the surgery without any delay. He tells them the complications, that Naira has lose her memory after the surgery too. Kartik tries to act strong in front of Naira, but his confidence gets falling. He fears that Naira will forget everything.
