Ishqbaaz: Another murder drama to frame Shivay… Shivay reprimands Tej. He tells Tej that he won’t let him harm his brothers and come between his family’s love and happiness. Tej tells him that Shivay can’t do anything against him. Shivay and Tej’s argument reaches the family. Shivay doesn’t want his family to know Tej’s truth. Dadi and family asks Shivay the matter. Shivay doesn’t tell them anything. Tej tells them that Shivay wants to oust him from the family and business. Omkara and Rudra show respect in Shivay. They ask Shivay what’s the truth. Shivay tells them that there is nothing worth tension. He asks them to go and enjoy the function. Anika asks Shivay about his tensions with Tej. Shivay tells her that it was just an argument around business. He gifts her a dream catcher. He wants Anika to be happy always, even in her dreams.
He doesn’t want anything to trouble her. He tells her that he isn’t going anywhere, but if they get away for some reason, she should be happy. She asks him not to say anything wrong. She tells him that she knows him well, he can do anything for family, truth and justice. She feels proud of him.

She tells him that he is the shield of his family. Shivay gets emotional listening to her and hugs her. She inspires him. Omkara and Rudra confront Tej for misleading them against Shivay. Tej tells them that Shivay is conspiring against them. He tells them that Shivay is gaining all the profits and snatching their rights. Tej tells them that he will fight for their rights. He gets angry when they show more faith in Shivay than their father. He tells them that they will regret a lot when they lose everything to Shivay.
Shivay gets into a hearty talk with the God. He tells that he has to fight against his family, Tej so that he can win his brothers’ lives. He knows he will lose by going against Tej. He prepares to face Tej and his evil games. Anika finds Shivay working so hard. She asks him why is he so worried. Shivay tells her that he is dealing with some business issues. He assures that he will fix everything. He asks her not to worry and just keep his faith. Shivay takes a step against Tej. He makes the board of directors against Tej and makes him out of the company, just to secure the company shares. Tej learns this and gets raging. He wants to decide his plan against Shivay. He faces financial problems. He doesn’t want the news to spread in the media. Shivay gets consent of the board of directors. He gets all the shares back to his name. Omkara and Rudra find Shivay meeting with the lawyers.

Shivay tells them that they had business related issues. They ask him what’s happening. Shivay tells them that he is trying to manage the company shares. They confront Shivay for hiding something important from them. Shivay wants to keep them away from sorrow. Shivay upsets Tej further. Jhanvi asks Shivay if he knows about Tej. Omkara and Rudra ask Anika if Shivay has told her something. Anika tells Omkara that Shivay will solve everything and they need not worry. Shivay tries to strike a deal by handing over the funds to Tej. Tej doesn’t accept his help. He takes Shivay’s wrong move. Shivay tells Tej that its his request to let the matter stay inside the family. Tej melts down and apologizes to Shivay. He tells Shivay that he had gone away from the right path and now he has got his senses back.
Tej accepts the monetary help and gives his word to Shivay that he will return to London. Shivay gets a big relief with Tej’s word. Tej doesn’t change his mind. He wants the entire Oberoi empire for himself. He thinks to cheat Shivay. Tej makes a plan to make his sons against Shivay. Shivay will attempt to kill Tej in order to save his brothers Omkara and Rudra.
