Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naira to collapse post marriage completion.. Kartik gets a hell of a shock when he finds Naira in the hospital, but in a non responsive state. He gets tensed and goes to her with high hopes and courage. The family also reaches there and get tensed thinking Naira has forgotten Kartik. Naira apologizes to Kartik. Everyone sighs a relief knowing Naira is fine. Naira tells Kartik that she is sorry to forget their marriage for a moment, but then she learnt this from hospital staff and recollected everything. Kartik asks her to see the good side of it, even when she has forgotten it, she remembered it too. Naira asks him if he is annoyed with her. Kartik tells her that he isn’t upset, but happy.

Doctor learns about the national strike. He doesn’t want to postpone Naira’s surgery because of the strike. Naira wants to hurry for the marriage, since her groom is waiting. Dadi tells them that they should light the Akhand Jyoti with their Mannats and prayers. Dadi and entire family light the diyas and worship. They want the day to end with happiness. Kartik takes Naira to the marriage venue in the hospital. He surprises her with all the grand arrangements. He makes everything possible just for Naira. He asks her not to get emotional and cry. He leaves everything to God.
Naira gets dizzy and conceals her state from Kartik and everyone. Naira knows her condition is getting worse. She cheers them up. Kartik boasts of his high demand, since all the girls are after him.

He tells Naira that he is dying to marry her in a romantic way. Doctor doesn’t want to go on strike, as patients need him. He reminds his team that they should show some humanity and stay by their patient’s side, instead supporting the association. He wants Naira’s surgery to be done on time.
Akhilesh tells Manish about the doctor’s problem. Manish tells him that Kartik shouldn’t know this, they should better hurry things. Singhanias and Goenkas sing and dance to enlighten the moment. Kartik and Naira get engaged in a romantic way. Kartik finds Naira amongst everyone. Later, everyone gets worried when Naira feels dizzy. Doctor gets troubled by the protests. He asks the staff to lock the gate of the hospital. He doesn’t want anything to happen to his patients. Naira gets her checkup done. Doctor gives her permission to carry on the functions and get married. Kartik and Naira proceed with the marriage, after all the drama. The marriage finally completes, and Naira faints in Kartik’s arms.
