They didn’t know they will be become the Gulabi Gang to oppose the protesters. The people cut the power line so that the patients don’t get treated. They ask the hospital staff to shut down the hospital completely. After the wedding completion, the women get into different avatars. Little did they know that they will face such an unpleasant event in the hospital. The women get all the hospital equipment to use as weapons. They take Devi avatars and beat up the people. They show the women power and ask the people why can’t they think of ill patients’ lives. There is high voltage drama in the hospital. They face the problems simultaneously. They take a stand for Naira and other patients.

They make the people run away, and fulfill Kartik’s promise that he won’t let anyone come inside the hospital. Manish and Naitik try their best to get the situation under control. Manish and Suwarna also love Naira as their daughter. They know Naira is Kartik’s life, and Kartik can’t live without her. Naira gets critical when the power outage happens. Doctors pass the message to Kartik that Naira started sinking, and they may lose her if the surgery doesn’t resume in time. The surgery gets stuck in the middle. Dr. Shah arrives late, while the hospital team of doctors proceed with the surgery. Everyone gets worried because of the electricity failure. Kartik breaks down with the thought of losing Naira.
The hospital staff tries to calm down everyone and attend the other patients. The women make a plan and ask Kartik to run to switch on the generator, than just worrying. Kartik subsides his fears and manages to plug the generator. Naira’s surgery resumes, after the electricity connection getting restored. Kartik knows his family is equally fighting for Naira. He prays that Naira gets fine. Kartik yearns for Naira and sheds tears. The hospital staff thanks Singhania and Goenka families for teaching a lesson to the protesters and not letting anything unfortunate thing happen. The doctors congratulates them for Naira’s successful surgery. Kartik stays anxious to meet Naira after she regains consciousness. He fears for her reaction on their meeting.
