Yeh Rishta: Kartik-Naira’s huge clash with Akhilesh… Samarth troubles Akhilesh and Manish by many ways. He wants the brothers to fight for their money. He knows Manish can never arrange 5 crore rupees in an hour and then Akhilesh will be furious over Manish. He makes Akhilesh ask for the big amount so that Manish’s love can get tested. Manish learns about the company, where Akhilesh wants to invest the money. He learns that the company is already sinking and there is no hope of investment returns. He doesn’t want Akhilesh to make any such mistake that ruins his money, hard work and also confidence. Manish tells Kartik about the company’s bankruptcy. He tells that if Akhilesh invests in that company, he will lose his confidence to make independent decisions next time.

Manish doesn’t care for 5 crores investment, but just wants to support Akhilesh by guiding him well. He explains Kartik the reason of his denial to Akhilesh. In contrast, Akhilesh takes this in a wrong manner. He feels Manish isn’t willing to help him. He asks Manish if he wants to take revenge on him or wants the division hurriedly. Akhilesh gets raging on Manish’s denial. While Manish clarifies about the company’s sinking state, Samarth poisons Akhilesh’s mind further. Samarth tells Akhilesh that the company is much stable, and even then Manish isn’t willing to give him money.
Akhilesh threatens Manish in anger that he will sell his bonds which he had kept for Lav and Kush’s future security. Akhilesh looks for the bonds to sell them off. Kartik and Naira don’t want Akhilesh to make any mistake in anger, for which he regrets and couldn’t forgive himself later on. They hide the bonds and get lying to Akhilesh only for a better intention. Kartik tells Akhilesh that he doesn’t know about the bonds. Samarth tells Akhilesh that Kartik has hidden the bonds. Akhilesh ruins Kartik’s room while searching for the bonds. Naira sheds tears seeing Akhilesh’s anger.

Akhilesh says I don’t have time to play games or argue with you. He worries that he has to give bonds to his consultant. Kartik tells him that he didn’t steal any business bonds. Akhilesh doubts on Kartik and Naira. Naira feels Akhilesh has changed a lot. Akhilesh gets the business bonds hidden in Kartik’s room. He shouts on Kartik for cheating him. He tells Kartik that now he won’t expect anything Kartik since Kartik is also Manish’s son. Manish asks Akhilesh to take away anything he wants, but not leave the family.
Akhilesh blames Manish. He asks Kartik not to spy on him. He feels Manish is getting children’s help to spy over him. Kartik gets too angry on Akhilesh. He tells Naira that Manish didn’t tell him when and how he has arranged money. He feels someone is fueling Akhilesh’s anger. Naira tells him that Samarth is behind this. She asks Kartik to recollect the incidents happening after Samarth’s arrival home. Dadi worries seeing her family breaking. No one imagined to see this way. Manish feels Akhilesh will need time to rethink over his deeds.
