Yeh Rishta Naira gets crying when her big dream breaks. She gets the test reports and gets shocked with the negative result. She feels helpless. She has fought with her critical illness. Naira wants to become a mother. She shatters knowing the bad reports that she can never conceive a child, in her medically weakened state. She sheds tears. She feels sorrowful. She loses out to her deep sorrow. Naira wanted to bring a smile on the faces of her family. Her smile goes missing, since her dream has broken down. Naira wanted Kartik to understand her dream of having a child.
Kartik was against her conceiving a child because of her health issues. Kartik finds Naira broken down. She tells him that he would be happy since it happened what he wanted. She asks him to be satisfied now. He tells her that she can’t blame him, he isn’t the one who has done this. She asks what’s wrong with you, why are you venting anger on me. Kartik gets upset with her. He doesn’t convince her. He tells her that even he has a right to get angry, since he doesn’t want to fulfill her stubbornness. He tells her that he will not comply with her wrong demands. He asks her to do anything she wants.
Kartik feels Naira can better be sad than getting ill again. Kartik is against her pregnancy. He worries that she won’t be able to handle the pregnancy pressure. He wants her to understand that he is taking the decision for both of them.

He asks her to just listen to him, and not get crazy to fulfill her wishes all the time. He has his own valid reasons to stop her. They don’t know why are they fighting, since they both want their relation to stay fine. They can’t stay without each other. They still ignore each other and stay hurt within the heart. Naira vents out anger on a smiley ball. Kartik sees her hitting her head to the wall and tries to explain her that he is someone who loves her the most.

Prerna’s pain gets bigger. She hugs Anurag and sheds tears. Anurag consoles her. He makes her decked up as the bride to be. She becomes the bride, only to realize that she loves Anurag. Shivani tells Anurag that Prerna really loves him, and maybe she needs him to make her realize. Anurag tells Shivani that he will stop Prerna from making the big blunder. Anurag asks Prerna not to marry Navin. She doesn’t listen to him and asks him to leave. He got to know that she is marrying Navin to save the house. He tells her that Shivani has told him the truth about the eviction letter. He asks Prerna not to be mad to ruin her life by her own hands. She tells him that she is helpless for the sake of the family. Anurag tells Prerna that its his challenge that she won’t be marrying Navin. They have an emotional moment.

Mariam asks the kidnappers to let her free. The kidnappers ask her to wait till their madam comes. They call up Rifat and ask her to come to finish Mariam’s chapter. Mariam asks them to tell her who is their madam, who is behind her kidnapping. She has seen them in the party. She regrets to not doubt on them before and call the cops. They ask her to have patience and then meet their madam. Mariam gets shouting on them. She asks them to spare her life. She tells them that if Fawad knows about her kidnapping, he will not spare them.
They get troubled by her and tell her that they will not wish to fall in trouble because of her. The workers come there to take some stuff. They get into an argument. The kidnappers try to end their fight by mocking as humble people. They lose track of the box in which they have hidden Mariam. They don’t realize that Mariam has gone away with the truck. Rifat wants to kill Mariam. Mariam gets saved from the kidnappers. She hopes Fawad finds her. Fawad looks for Mariam everywhere. He wants to get her home. He misses her and gets upset with her absence.
