Twists in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kartik stays stressed about Naira’s condition. He doesn’t want to lose her in the greed of having a child. He feels selfish that he is talking of aborting his own child for the sake of his love for Naira. He feels like he is doing injustice with both Naira and coming baby. Kartik fights with his dilemmas and is upset over her deteriorating state. He doesn’t know how to tell Naira about the abortion. He takes the big decision by killing his heart. He doesn’t know with whom should he share this problem. He misses Suwarna, who is away from the family to visit her brother. He also feels Naitik’s absence. He doesn’t want to trouble Dadi, knowing her impulsive reactions on the matters. Kartik takes Naira to the gynac to confirm if his decision is right.
Naira doesn’t approve his decision on knowing it. She strongly opposes the decision, since she is ready to die to bring her child into the world. The Maha Episode airing tomorrow will bring the big twist regarding the complicated dispute of abortion. Naira doesn’t want Kartik to compel her for giving up her hopes and happiness by a single fear overpowering their minds. On the other hand, Kartik wishes Naira senses the dire consequences of her pregnancy and agrees to his decision. Kartik and Naira have a clash over the baby’s abortion.

Bala informs Ishita that they need to meet the lawyer for Mr. Iyer’s case, so that they can find a solution before the court hearing. Mr. Iyer gets worried and asks Ishita if they will have to go to court. He tells Ishita that he didn’t do anything wrong to go to court. Bala explains him that they have to represent their case, else Nisha will try to frame them badly. Ishita mentally prepares her dad for the court hearing. Sudha plays her cards smartly by cleaning lying to Simmi about Parmeet’s big move of selling Ananya’s heart. She tells Simmi that Ananya’s heart is transplanted in Rohan’s body. Simmi doesn’t believe Sudha at first. She goes to jail to meet Parmeet, so that she can get the big answers. She confronts Parmeet for selling Ananya’s heart after her death, that too without the consent of Ananya’s mother.

Parmeet gets angered and admits of doing this crime. He tells Simmi that he had no other option than to keep Ananya’s heart alive and beating in this world. He tells her that he had one intention behind this, that’s Ananya. Parmeet plays with Simmi’s emotions again. He helps Sudha just for the sake of money and lies to mislead Simmi. Simmi starts believing that Ananya’s heart is beating in Rohan, and gets motherly feelings for Rohan. This helps Sudha in saving her sons from Simmi’s tortures.
Meanwhile, Ishita’s life falls in danger. Sudha sends her goons to kidnap Ishita. Goons attack Ishita. She tries to defend the attack and escape. Goons faint her and kidnap her. Sudha wants to save her sons from Bhalls. Ishita gains consciousness and finds herself locked in the car. She tries to save herself. She fights with the goons. They get her at gun point. They catch her back and take her to the godown. She fails to escape. Raman learns about Ishita’s kidnapping. Sudha and Parmeet want revenge on Ishita and Raman.
