Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Upcoming Goenkas stay happy and cheerful to celebrate their newly found peace. Naira tells them that she will cook their favorite food. Kartik finds Manish in stress. He asks Manish if he is fine. Manish tells him that he is feeling tired. Kartik worries for Manish’s health, since he haven’t seen Manish falling weak before. Akhilesh and Kartik take care of Manish, which pleases Dadi’s heart. Kartik gets a shocking call regarding his flopping business. Even Manish and Akhilesh get the calls to know about the bad affect on business because of Purushottam. Manish tells the investors that the business shouldn’t be at risk.
He assures to work hard and fulfill the projects on time. Akhilesh is scared of Purushottam’s madness when Dadi alerts him. Dadi feels upset that her sons are worried because of her brother. She wishes everything gets fine, and Purushottam doesn’t harm them.
Naira tells Kartik that the family is too mature and sorted, they have moved on happily and now everything is good. Kartik tells her that everything got finished in a second. She asks him the reason for his sorrow. He tells her that their project with Ila is cancelled, since Purushottam has withdrawn the funds.
Kartik tells Naira that they will also face a loss of 500 crores due to Purushottam’s evil plan. Naira finds Kartik shattered. He tells her that they will be facing much problems now. Manish gets to hear them talking and learns the problems arising in their business. Kartik tries to hide the problems from Manish and diverts him. Naira doesn’t think Manish can bear all this. Manish and Akhilesh suddenly leave for office to deal with the emergency. Kartik and Naira learn of this and run out of the house to meet Manish.
They don’t want Manish to know it from anyone else. They fear for Manish’s reaction. They want to inform Akhilesh about the problems. Naira has no idea about the panicking situation on Goenka office. The Goenkas lose all their deals one after another. They get ruined completely.
Akhilesh lies to Dadi and Surekha that everything is fine. Dadi prays for her family and feels restless. Manish learns about the crashing reports. Kartik and Naira want to face Manish and tell him the truth. Manish tells them that he got to know everything about their massive loss, and now they can’t answer anything to the investors.
He doesn’t know how will they pay off their big loans. He feels they got finished because of Purushottam. He regrets for funding Ila’s project, which Purushottam pulled off suddenly. He feels responsible for this loss. He collapses down. Kartik and Naira get worried for him. Dadi asks Samarth and Gayu to stay happy and accept their marriage as fate.
Samarth asks Gayu to take Dadi’s words positively. He asks Gayu to stay happy and not take any stress. He wants her baby to be fine. Akhilesh informs Dadi about Manish’s critical condition. He asks her to come to hospital. Manish suffers a heart attack. When he is rushed to the hospital and gets diagnosed, the doctor reveals about Manish’s shocking heart attack. Kartik feels sorry that he couldn’t take care of Manish. The family feels guilty. They don’t know how to take care of the matters.
