Kasauti Zindagi Kay Thrill Anurag and Prerna get caught by Ronit once again. Ronit threatens to kill them. Anurag thinks anything can happen to them and maybe he won’t get this chance again. He confesses love to Prerna, which surprises her. Ronit gets angry on them and tells them that he won’t spare them so easily. He wants his revenge at any cost. Anurag and Prerna have cute conversations which angers Ronit further. Ronit tells them that he isn’t liking their romance. He asks them to decide who will die first. He asks them to kill one another if they want to save their life. Anurag and Prerna want to save each other first and tell Ronit that they are ready to die.
Ronit tells them that if they won’t push each other, he will push them and kill them. Ronit gets a call from the inspector and tells him that he is coming home soon. Anurag and Prerna get happy with the moment of love confession. Ronit turns angry on their madness. Anurag tells Prerna that he got a ring for her to propose her. She asks him to make her wear the ring with love. He asks her to wait until they get free. Anurag frees himself and gets the gun from the goon. He points gun at Ronit and compels him to let Prerna go. Anurag and Prerna threaten Ronit and run away. Anurag secures Prerna.

They find themselves at a peaceful place in the jungle and express love for each other. They find a temple there and rush to get a shelter. Prerna makes prayers for their relation. Anurag and Prerna get married in the temple again and pray for each other. Their happiness gets doubled. He tells her that their marriage was destined to happen. He tells her that he never filled sindoor in Komolika’s hairline, the sindoor just belongs to Prerna. She gets delighted. On the other hand, Veena arrives to Basu house. She faces Mohini’s wrath. Mohini scolds Veena for giving such smartness to Prerna to trap Anurag. Veena tells her that Anurag and Prerna are husband and wife, they love each other. Mohini is worried as Anurag has risked his life for Prerna.
Veena asks her to understand Anurag’s love for Prerna. Mohini asks her to take money and just leave from their lives. Veena isn’t greedy to accept money. She asks Mohini to accept Prerna as Anurag’s wife if she values Anurag’s love and feelings. She warns Mohini and asks her not to snatch Anurag’s happiness. She makes Mohini realize her mistakes. Veena lectures her and goes away. Anurag and Prerna find shelter to stay. Ronit chases them to kill them and exact revenge for Komolika’s death.
