Saltanat gets stabbed by Zaroon, when Kainat instigates him to the extent that he loses his mind in anger. Zaroon doesn’t give any chance to Saltanat to speak. He stabs Saltanat, his love, assuming her to be the evil Kainat. Luckily, the enemy Madhav becomes a savior for Saltanat. He saves Saltanat by rushing her for the medical aid in time. Madhav gets into a moment with Saltanat. His heart tells him that she isn’t a murderer. He wants to find out about Saltanat, if he is wrong about her. He can’t ignore his strong instincts.

Kartik meets Naira at Goenka house and fights her for Kairav’s sake. He is too angered that she is asking for divorce. He tells her that if she wants to break all ties, then they will just meet as Kairav’s parents. He is worried that she will make Kairav away. He brings out his frustration, while Goenkas support him. Kartik can’t live without his son. He gets emotional and vents out anger on her, without thinking of her emotions. He gets into a misunderstanding that Naira isn’t going to let him meet Kairav again. He decides to fight for Kairav’s custody. Kairav and Vansh want to know why are the elders fighting.
Naira didn’t expect Kartik to file for custody. She tells him that she was going to tell him beforehand about leaving again. She tells him that she isn’t wrong if he got to know this first. His anger is also justified, as he wants his son back. Manish reprimands Naira for being selfish and always hurting them. He asks Naira not to explain them anything. Singhanias support Naira, while Goenkas support Kartik in his custody decision. Goenkas never see Naira’s sacrifices and her reasoning. Naira can’t name Vedika and chooses to fall in their sight.
