Sikandar thanks Kulfi for bringing a wave of happiness and peace in his life. She tells him that he will be surviving and living long with them. He gets a disheartening news front Dr. Mitakshara. She informs him that the blood clot can’t be removed from the brain, there is no cure for him. He tells her that when the doctors team have told it that he is going to die, then its certain. He doesn’t want to keep any hope. He gets upset. Kulfi overhears his conversation.
She cries her sorrow out. He asks her not to lose courage. He doesn’t have any hope. He knows that he is tensed as well, but the fate can’t change. He asks her to accept the truth that his illness can’t be cured. She asks him to not deny it. They share the moment of sorrow, while recalling their happy memories. Sikandar cherishes his memories. He feels sorry for Amyra and Kulfi, who would be raised without their father. Lovely wants him to confide the truth. She asks him to stop lying and share his sorrow.
