She tells that she was dying to know about Vikram’s lover, she requested Meher, but Meher didn’t tell the truth. She tells that Meher has ruined her life, its a crime and deserves a punishment. Sarabjeet begs Aditi to leave his wife. Aditi tells that she will take Meher’s life. Meher sees the blood in Aditi’s eyes. She stops Aditi from committing a crime. She makes Aditi drop the scalpel.
Harleen reprimands Aditi for trying to kill Meher. Meher tells Harleen that Aditi is in shock by her truth. She apologizes to Aditi. She tells Aditi that she has no relation with Vikram, Manav’s Meher is dead now, even Manav is dead. Aditi tells that Vikram is still Manav. Meher doesn’t think that he has emotions like Manav. She tells that her past has come back to ruin her present, which isn’t in her control. She wants Aditi to believe her. Sarabjeet consoles Meher. Meher wants to tell Aditi the entire truth. She tries to explain her life’s situation to Aditi.
She tells that they didn’t wish to see Aditi hurt and kept the matter a secret. Aditi tells that she is still much hurt. She asks Meher if she would keep Vikram’s child. She feels she has nothing in her life. She doesn’t want to believe Meher again. She rages to hurt Meher. Sarabjeet and Harleen try to stop her madness. They can know her pain. Aditi curses herself that her life never gave her happiness. She feels she has lost her happiness in a moment because of Meher. He explains her that its just fate, that has put troubles in their lives.

Aditi breaks her relations with Sarabjeet and Meher. Sarabjeet shatters with her decision. Aditi leaves from their house by sparing Meher’s life. Sarabjeet and Harleen cry for their sister. Manav awaits Aditi at home. Aditi arrives in rage. She has got to know the entire truth. She slaps him as an answer. She tells him that she has got to know Meher and his truth. She wants to know why did he cheat her. Sarabjeet gives a hope to Meher that Aditi will understand them some day and come back to them.
He tells that Aditi isn’t at fault, she has suffered a lot in a single day. He wonders how did Aditi make such a big mistake in the surgery that she got suspended. He doesn’t know that Pathak is behind the conspiracy. Pathak ruined Aditi’s medical offer. Robby wants to know why is Pathak targeting the family when he has to take revenge on Sarabjeet. Pathak tells that he wants to make Sarabjeet suffer emotionally so that he breaks down. Aditi tells Vikram that she will go mad if she doesn’t get her answers.
Manav feels sorry to break her heart. Aditi confronts him for lying to her about his reality. Bittu and Rana are troubled that their wives are in the lockup. Kulwant reaches the police station to rescue her Bahus and sons. She wants to know their crime. Ginni reveals about the fight that happened in the market because of some eve teasers. They tell that the men were passing bad comments on Meher. Kulwant scolds the inspector for not arresting the evil men and instead putting her innocent Bahus in the lockup. Inspector arrests Kulwant as well. Kulwant is sure that even Vikram won’t help them this time.

Manav tells Aditi that he didn’t tell her the truth since he didn’t want to lose her. He tells her that he is Manav Sharma, who got cheated by life when he was in love, he was stabbed to death, his fate was unjust towards him. He wants Aditi to understand her. Aditi wants him to leave her alone. Sarabjeet and Meher fail to get sleep being so disturbed. Aditi and Vikram have the same state of mind. Manav wants to behave good with Aditi for the sake of Karan. He wants Karan’s custody, which will be possible if Aditi supports him. Aditi decides to forget everything and come back to the family. She keeps a condition for them. She demands Karan’s custody for Vikram. Sarabjeet and Meher are in shock over the demand.
