She tells that she will sell Abhi. Aaliya knows what Tanu would be ousted from Pragya’s house. Tanu tells that she had given an offer to Pragya, Pragya refused, but Sushma would be asking Pragya to accept the offer to get saved from Gaurav’s mess. Aaliya tells that if Pragya agrees, then Abhi will go back to her. She doesn’t think that Pragya will accept the deal and buy Abhi. Sushma asks Pragya not to think of Abhi’s feelings.
Aaliya tells that Pragya’s values aren’t such that she buys Abhi. She asks Tanu to call Sushma and find out herself. Pragya apologize to Sushma. She tells that she can’t think of buying Abhi. Sushma tells her that Tanu is really bad, but she can help them right now. Tanu calls Pragya to know if she will agree. Pragya yells at Tanu. Tanu disconnects the call. Sushma asks Pragya not to get angry and just think of her profit.
She wants to know why Pragya can’t buy Abhi. Pragya tells that she can’t insult her relation with Abhi by buying him, she respects Abhi and also their memories. She can never accept Tanu’s deal. She tells that she can’t make Abhi fall in his own eyes, he is a human, not anything to buy and sell. She answers Sushma, who rages helplessly. Aaliya asks Tanu not to ruin their own plan, Pragya will get ruined, they shouldn’t run after money. Tanu feels that Aaliya is just satisfying her ego, but she wants money for herself.

She tells that Pragya will never agree, when Abhi learns this, he will be broken. Abhi drinks at some bar. He thinks of Pragya. He gets troubled by the thoughts.
He wonders if Pragya really wanted to ruin his company and get him arrested. He calls Pragya to ask her if she knew about Sushma’s move to get him arrested. She tells that she came to know it later. Abhi keeps thinking of Aaliya’s accusations on Pragya. He wants to clarity it with Pragya. Aaliya had alerted him of Pragya’s company, which ruined them down. Abhi checks the mail. He gets upset knowing Pragya is the reason for his disaster.
He calls Pragya again and asks the company name. Pragya tells the name. Abhi can’t believe that she doesn’t know his company name. She tells that she knows it well. He tells that Aaliya told him everything, that Pragya has ruined his company. Pragya doesn’t get to hear his voice. She talks of ruining Gaurav. He gets mistaken. He tells her that he was accusing Aaliya till now, but Pragya is the person who cheated him. He tells that Rhea couldn’t tolerate the poverty and left him. He doesn’t want Pragya to ruin him more. He wants to hate her. Pragya realizes that Abhi cares for her.
