Malishka tells Kiran that she is guilty, Rishi fell in danger because of her. She adds that she fought with him and he had to go to the garden to speak to her. She blames herself and cries. Kiran consoles her daughter. Rishi has less time to reach the hospital. The ambulance gets stuck in the traffic jam. Lakshmi gets down the ambulance and checks the long jam. She is worried and races against time to save Rishi. She asks Rishi to please open his eyes.
Rishi starts expelling foam from his mouth as a result of the poison spreading in his body. Lakshmi is stunned and scared to see this. Lakshmi has no option than to suck out the poison from Rishi’s hand. Virender consoles Neelam in the state of worry. Neelam makes him away and reminds him that their relation isn’t a normal one.

Ayush comes to tell Lakshmi about the jam getting cleared. He is shocked to see Lakshmi taking the poison onto herself to save Rishi’s life. He cries seeing her true love for Rishi. Lakshmi and Ayush try to request the people to take their cars aside. Lakshmi begs them that her husband’s state is critical. She finally convinces the people to make a way for the ambulance. Ayush also helps her. Malishka rushes to the hospital. She is angered that everyone is favoring Lakshmi and just talking about Rishi’s kundali. She wants Rishi to survive. She cries for Rishi.
Lakshmi gets hurt, but reaches back to Rishi. She tells him that there was a traffic jam. She makes him wear a ring. She recalls how she got the ring thrown by Rishi in the garden area. She loves Rishi a lot. She asks him to try to stay conscious. She tells that she will not let anything happen to him. She asks Ayush to hurry up, they have really less time. She sees the signs of poison spreading in Rishi’s body. She can’t lose Rishi. She sees her body turning blue. She recalls the doctor’s words. She chooses to die to save his life.

Neelam cries when she gets stuck in the traffic. Virender consoles her. He tells her that nothing will happen to Rishi, Lakshmi is with him. She feels helpless. She wants to save Rishi. She asks why did Rishi land in this situation when Lakshmi was with him as a protective shield. He consoles her. She makes him away, stating that their relation isn’t a normal one. She goes to see Rishi. He believes that Lakshmi will save Rishi. Ayush is shocked to see Lakshmi extracting the poison from Rishi’s body. He stops Lakshmi. She tells that it will be too late, they have no time. He tells that she can die.
She asks if he regards her as Rishi’s wife, then he will not tell anything. She wants to save Rishi’s life. Neelam goes back to her car and sits. Lakshmi gets dizzy. She asks Rishi to get up. Rishi gets freed from the poisonous effect. He gets conscious and asks Ayush what happened to Lakshmi. Ayush tells him that Lakshmi extracted the poison from his body, when she knew how dangerous it can get. He asks Lakshmi to see Rishi, he is conscious now. Rishi feels sorry for her.
He recalls Lakshmi and his moments. Malishka hits a man’s stall. She gets into an argument with the man. She tells that her family member is in the hospital, she has to rush there. She pays the man for the loss. Rishi gets totally fine by the time they reach the hospital. Rishi and Ayush put Lakshmi on the stretcher in Rishi’s place. The stretcher gets stuck in the van. Rishi goes to help Lakshmi. Virender and Neelam reach the hospital.
They find Lakshmi unconscious. Ayush tells them that Lakshmi didn’t listen to him, she had extracted the poison from Rishi’s body without caring for her life. He tells that Rishi is okay now, he went inside the hospital to get another stretcher. Virender apologizes to Lakshmi. He feels he did a big mistake to risk Lakshmi’s wife for Rishi. Neelam and Malishka find Rishi fine. They see Rishi’s concern for Lakshmi. Rishi wants the doctors to attend Lakshmi. Malishka gets upset that he didn’t even see her. Stay tuned.
