Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th January 2022 Written Update Rudra meets Prisha Rudra asks Ruhi to not get worried saying that he won’t let anything happen to her. He says they will get out of here. Ruhi says her hand and eyes her burning. Rudra makes Ruhi drink water as she coughs. He rubs Ruhi’s arms with wet cloth. With the same wet cloth, he covers Ruhi’s mouth and nose. He tells Ruhi that this way smoke will not go inside her. Rudra covers himself with a blanket and tries to open the main door of the store room, but fails. “Pitah” song plays in the background. He covers Ruhi with his blanket and goes towards the window.
Rudra breaks the window. He coughs a lot because of the smoke, making Ruhi worried for him. Rudra hugs Ruhi and tells her that he won’t let anything happen to her. On the other hand, Vaijayanti reaches Rohtak. She finds the market empty. Vaijayanti asks a street vendor where the people of the village are. The street vendor tells her that everyone went to celebrate Lohri in a nearby ground. Vaijayanti takes the location of the ground and leaves towards it. In the store room, Rudra gets worried seeing that Ruhi fell unconscious. He tries to wake her up. Rudra requests Ruhi to be with him. Prisha and Villagers try to blow off the fire using water but fails.
Worried, Prisha tries to go inside the store room. Yuvraj and Villagers don’t let Prisha go inside the store room. She breaks down thinking that both her lives (Rudra and Ruhi) are in danger. Rudra tells unconscious Ruhi that he won’t let anything happen to her even if he dies. He ties Ruhi on his back and covers both of them with the blanket. Rudra pushes the main door of the store room and comes outside with Ruhi on his back. Everyone gets shocked with Rudra’s move. Even after getting burnt all over the body, Rudra brings Ruhi outside safely. Prisha gets shocked seeing fire all over Rudra’s body. Villagers blow fire from Rudra’s body using some more blankets. Rudra gets shocked seeing Prisha in front of him.
He recalls his past hit and misses with Prisha in Rohtak. They continue looking at each other and cry. Yeh Hai Chahatein title song plays in the background. Rudra moves forward towards Prisha. They take each other’s name and recall their past moments and marriage. They continue recalling their past moments. Rudra feels dizzy and faints taking Prisha’s name ik her shoulders. Yuvraj hides himself. Both Rudra and Ruhi are seen in Prisha’s lap. Prisha tries to wake Rudra and Ruhi but they don’t wake up. She asks Veena to call an ambulance saying that they need to take Rudra and Ruhi to hospital as soon as possible. Village head shouts and stops them. He asks Prisha to first tell what Rudra was doing in her store room. Village head’s questions shocks Prisha and Saanchi’s mother.

Village head indirectly calls Prisha characterless. He accuses Prihsa of having an affair and pretending to be innocent. Village head asks the villagers to ask Prisha why she hid a stranger in her store room. He says he has been searching for Rudra for a long time. Village head disgustingly says he didn’t know that Prisha hid Rudra inside her store room. He asks Prisha what is going on between her and Rudra. He asks villagers to question Prisha why she hid Rudra in her store room. On the other hand, Vaijayanti finds that there is no one celebrating Lohri in the ground. She thinks now how she will get information about Prisha and Rudra. She thinks to call and ask Bunty.
Bunty hopes Rudra reaches the location at the right time after Lohri celebrations. He gets tensed seeing Vaijayanti’s call and thinks that he has to make a solid excuse this time. He picks up Vaijayanti’s call and lies to her that he is in his house in Delhi. Vaijayanti asks Bunty to not lie as she knows that he is in Rohtak with Rudra. Bunty again lies. Vaijayanti asks Bunty to not lie and tells him that she is in Rohtak. She tells Bunty that she won’t return till she meets him and Rudra. Vaijayanti tells Bunty that she will be forced to take police’s help if he doesn’t tell her the truth. Bunty agrees to send his location to Vaijayanti. Vaijayanti says to herself that she will anyhow get to know why Bunty took Prisha’s name after a long time. She thinks she will find out about everything anyhow.
Village head again and again tries to prove Prisha characterless. He tells villagers that he saw Ruhi a lot of times with Rudra. Village head says that Prisha takes Ruhi’s help to meet Rudra secretly. He calls Rudra, Prisha’s boyfriend. Village also humiliates Rudra by saying that Rudra requires a woman daily. Prisha shouts and asks the village head to shut up. She tells the village head that she won’t tolerate any ill word against Rudra. Prisha asks the village head, who he is to question her, why she hid Rudra or not. She again asks the village head, who gave him the right to interfere in her life. Prisha tells the village head that his thinking is so low that he thinks that she used her daughter to meet Rudra.

She doesn’t let the village head shut her or utter anything. Prisha says that she didn’t know that Rudra was in her store room. She says that she will surely find out who lit her store room and get that person punished. Prisha says that she won’t leave him, if anything happens to Rudra and Ruhi. She asks the village head to try stopping her as she will anyhow take Rudra and Ruhi to the hospital. Veena tells the villagers that the village head troubles Prisha since she came to their village and even sent goons to her house. She says she will also see who tries to stop Prisha from taking Rudra and Ruhi to the hospital. Veena and some villagers help Prisha to take Rudra and Ruhi to the hospital.
Yuvraj thinks Rudra and Prisha saw each other finally after a lot of trials to separate them. He feels worried thinking about how he will stop Prisha and Rudra from getting together. Vaijayanti meets Bunty and asks him to tell her each and every thing. Bunty thinks he can’t Vaijayanti know the whole truth. He decides to tell half truth to Vaijayanti. Bunty tells Vaijayanti that Rudra was hallucinating Prisha and has realized his misconception. He tells Vaijayanti they were returning but Rudra got friendly and attached to Ruhi and decided to celebrate Lohri with her. Vaijayanti says she didn’t find anyone celebrating Lohri at the ground. Both Vaijayanti and Bunty leave to know what happened exactly.
Prisha reaches the hospital with Ruhi and Rudra. She requests the doctor to save Ruhi and Rudra. Doctor asks Prisha to have patience. In the next episode, Bunty and Vaijayanti will get shocked to know that Rudra and Ruhi are taken to the hospital and Rudra saved Ruhi from fire. Ruhi will tell Prisha that she sees Rudra as her father when she closes her eyes. Prisha will get shocked to know that Vaijayanti is Rudra’s wife now.
