Anupama 2nd April 2022 Written Update New twists Anupama, Bapuji, Kinjal, Samar, Mamaji and Devika reach Anuj’s home together. Anupama greets GK. Bapuji says that whom they thought to be a donkey, turned out to be an ostrich. This way he casually makes fun of Anuj making everyone laugh a little. GK suddenly asks Bapuji, what is this way of talking? He asks Bapuji to see his age and relation once before joking. GK asks Bapuji, what will he teach his children, if he himself will continue such mannerless/insolent behavior. GK’s harsh words shocks everyone.
Anuj clears his throat and asks GK what has happened to him suddenly. GK tells Anuj that Bapuji’s courage and insolence will increase if he won’t stop him today. Bapuji fold hands and apologizes to GK. GK rudely asks Bapuji if he wants to make him look evil and himself as a great person by apologizing to him now. Bapuji says he is really feeling apologetic as he shouldn’t have called Anuj a donkey. Anuj and Anupama request Bapuji to not fold hands. Bapuji says being the bride’s relatives, they need to be timid in front of the groom’s relatives. GK asks Bapuji to never forget that he is from the bride’s side.
Everyone gets shocked witnessing GK’s rude behavior. At Shah house, Vanraj gets angry after talking to someone on call. Kavya asks Vanraj why he is hurting himself in anger, because of the client. Vanraj reminds Kavya that Malvika gave him 1 month time to prove himself but he couldn’t get even one client till now. Back outside Anuj’s house, GK and Bapuji laugh and give each other a high-five. Bapuji and GK reveal that they enjoyed making a fool of everyone as it’s April Fool’s Day today. Anuj asks Anupama to scold Bapuji and GK. Anupama asks Anuj why she will Bapuji and GK. Anuj tells Anupama that she scolds people the bestest way in this world.
He asks Anupama to open a scolding school, closing her dance school. He says it would be a good career option for her as parents will meet her to get their children scolded from her. Anuj’s joke makes some people laugh. Anupama in a scolding tone asks Anuj if she ever scolded him or anyone that he is saying all this. Anuj tells Anupama that she is scolding him even now. Anupama tells Anuj that she isn’t scolding him but talking to him. She also asks Anuj to shut up. Anuj tells Anupama that she is getting out of bounds and he can also get angry. Both Anupama and Anuj start fighting cutely. Everyone tries to stop Anuj and Anupama. Suddenly, Anuj and Anupama laugh and tell everyone that they were also making April fool of everyone.

Everyone laughs. Bapuji apologizes to Anuj for making him wake up early in the morning. He says morning time (muhurat) was auspicious. Anuj asks Bapuji why he is apologizing as they were just joking. He suddenly realizes and asks what is this muhurat about. Kinjal and Devika indirectly tell Anuj that they came to fix his marriage but fail to understand their words. Bapuji tells GK that they came to ask Anuj’s hand for marriage with Anupama. Anuj laughs thinking that everyone is again making him a fool. Samar and Devika makes Anuj realize that they for real came to fix his and Anuj’s marriage. Anuj asks Bapuji if they are serious.
GK calls Anuj a donkey. Bapuji says he won’t marry his daughter Anupama to a donkey (fool). Anuj stops Bapuji from leaving. Devika asks Anuj to freshen up first. Anuj leaves to freshen up by asking everyone to not leave without fixing his and Anupama’s marriage date. GK stops Anupama and family at the door for a minute. At Shah house, Kavya asks Vanraj to work in someone else’s company if he isn’t able to work in Malvika’s company. She tells Vanraj that there is nothing left in between him and Malvika, neither friendship nor trust. Kavya also tells Vanraj that now Malvika has started listening to and understanding Anuj’s words. She further tells Vanraj that he won’t be able to do anything in Malvika’s company now as Anuj won’t let him.
Vanraj asks Kavya whether she had come to heal his wounds or to scrape them further. Kavya tells Vanraj that she is showing him the mirror which he is ignoring even after seeing it. Vanraj asks Kavya to stop her nonsense. Kavya tells Vanraj that he only knows to scream out his anger on his wife. She also tells Vanraj that he just talks, not works as he made Anuj a hero and himself became a zero. Vanraj shouts Kavya. Kavya tells Vanraj that he himself is responsible for his own failure. She also tells Vanraj that he lost the chance fate gave him. Kavya further tells Vanraj that a sensible person learns from his/her mistakes. She explains to Vanraj that his big ego and attitude is stopping him from becoming a sensible person.
Kavya asks Vanraj for what he has so much attitude in himself as he has no work, money or respect left. She also asks Vanraj if he has thought of something or will just sit idle. Vanraj angrily tells Kavya that he is not insolent or helpless to sit idle. He says he still has his brain, courage and talent left in him and will do something for his living. Vanraj asks Kavya to search for someone else if she doesn’t find her future or security with him as he doesn’t care. He also asks Kavya to listen carefully and always remember that he was and will be the real hero of this story. Kavya leaves asking Vanraj to live in his bubble if he wants as she can’t live in such circumstances.

On the other hand, GK says today Anupama will officially become their (Kapadia’s) family member. He starts performing Anupama’s pooja like a mother-in-law and gets teary eyed. Devika says many girls’ hearts will break as national crush Anuj is going to get married. Kinjal says hearts won’t break but a new hope will rise in people’s hearts that such a love story is also possible. Samar says that other lovers will get in difficulty now to reach/match up Anuj’s love benchmark. Anuj comes and performs Anupama’s pooja, overwhelming everyone. Anuj says how can he not perform the pooja of a woman, whom he has been worshiping since last 26 years.
Anupama and family enter Anuj’s home. Devika tells Anuj that his courage has increased now. Anupama and Anuj leave to the kitchen to make tea and breakfast. GK tells everyone that Malvika got very happy and excited on knowing about Anuj and Anupama’s marriage news through the dance competition viral video. He says Malvika said she will try to return soon for the marriage. Bapuji says they should quickly get Anuj and Anupama married before any other obstacle enters their life.
Bapuji says Anupama and Anuj’s marriage will take place in Shah house. GK angrily says he doesn’t want this. Bapuji says it’s his dream to bid farewell to married Anupama from his house. GK asks Bapuji if he thinks non-supporters of Anupama will let this marriage happen peacefully. He says he doesn’t want any obstacle or problem in Anupama and Anuj’s marriage. Everyone gets worried about GK’s wish and decision about Anuj and Anupama’s marriage. In the kitchen, Anuj and Anupama get indulged in a cute argument. Anuj tries to get romantic with Anupama by helping her in kitchen work and both of them do eye romance. Bapuji tells GK that he understands his worry. He also tells GK that Baa can reach anywhere with Vanraj and Paritosh to put obstacles in Anuj and Anupama’s marriage. Bapuji explains to GK that they just need to make sure that no obstacle can come in between their happiness.
Seeing everyone serious, Anuj and Anupama ask them what happened. Everyone changes the topic and starts with the shagun ceremony. Anuj and Anupama sit together with Anuj for the shagun ceremony. While GK performs Anupama’s pooja, Bapuji performs Anuj’s pooja. Both Anuj and Anupama take the elders’ blessings and accept the shagun gifts from them. Everyone announces that MaAn’s marriage ceremonies and rituals have finally started. Then everyone dances in a circle around Anuj and Anupama. Anupama and Anuj smile in happiness.
In the next episode, Anupama’ supporters will get shocked seeing Baa sitting with jewelry boxes, money, cheque books and passbooks etc. On questioning, she will say it’s their status. By all this drama Baa will indirectly warn Bapuji to not spend all their savings on Anupama and Anuj’s wedding. Hearing this Anupama will tell her family that she will get married in a simple way. On the other hand, Anuj will reveal his desire to do a lavish wedding in front of Devika.
