Kundali Bhagya Karan loses heart 23rd April 2022 Spoilers Kundali Bhagya episode spoiler – Prithvi frames Preeta Preeta tells Prithvi that she has come to save Karan as a business partner and not as his wife. She tells him clearly that Karan is a chicken laying golden eggs for her and nothing else. Prithvi goes running to Karan and asks him if he heard what Preeta said. Karan’s head is hung down.
