Yeh Rishta Akshara Tough call 22nd April 2022 Update Abhimanyu angrily asks Harsh if he got the chance to do whatever he pleases in his absence. He asks Harsh if he knows for what he was going to punish Akshara. Abhimanyu also asks Harsh if he knows exactly what happened and how. Harsh says he doesn’t need any more information than he already received and everything got cleared. He asks Abhimanyu to let him do whatever he is doing. Abhimanyu asks Harsh to let him do his work. He says Akshara won’t go anywhere.

Harsh angrily asks Abhimanyu if he has lost his mind. Abhimanyu asks Harsh to chill and talk peacefully. He repeats that Akshara won’t go anywhere. Abhimanyu assures Aarohi and Akshara that no one will get arrested today and no case will be made. He apologizes to the police officials for wasting their time and says that they don’t want to file any complaint. Manjiri supports Abhimanyu’s decision. Manish, Kairav and the rest of Goenkas express gratitude towards Manjiri. Abhimanyu tells police that the victim, Manjiri herself doesn’t want to file any case, so no case can be made.

He again apologizes to the police officials for wasting their time. Police officials leave from Goenka Mansion. Akshara thanks Abhimanyu. Aarohi also thanks Abhimanyu. Angry Abhimanyu asks Aarohi to keep her thanks to herself as he didn’t do anything for her and will never do anything in future too. He explains to Aarohi that whatever he did, he did it for Akshara as her happiness, peace and relations are important for him. Abhimanyu tells Aarohi that he would have killed the person who hurt his mother, if his mother’s culprit would have been someone else other than her.

Harsh asks Abhimanyu why he is giving special treatment to Aarohi and Akshara after knowing that they caused his mother’s accident. He also asks Abhimanyu whether his own mother’s status has also been reduced in front of Akshara and her family today. Mahima tells Abhimanyu that he is doing wrong. Anand tells Abhimanyu that on personal grounds, he can forgive Akshara and Aarohi but action needs to be taken on disciplinarian grounds as they are employees of Birla hospital too. Abhimanyu says no action can be taken against Aarohi and Akshara as Manjiri’s accident occurred outside the vicinity of the Birla hospital.

Harsh says Abhimanyu learnt law to save his to-be wife. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that humanity is enough to understand the other person, law degree isn’t necessary for this. Harsh asks Abhimanyu, how many sacrifices he will make for “his Akshu”. He tells Abhimanyu that he thought his mother is most important for him and he can’t tolerate anything or anyone against her. Harsh tells Abhimanyu that now he is feeling that Akshara became more important for him than his own mother. He also tells Abhimanyu that he made his mother a stranger today. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that he doesn’t need to prove his love towards his mother to him.

He also tells Harsh that he never knew and will never know what his mother wants. Manjiri says her accident was not done intentionally and moreover she doesn’t want to get anyone punished. Abhimanyu asks Aarohi if she knows the pain of losing a mother. He also asks Aarohi if she realizes that he was about to lose his mother, because of her. Abhimanyu tells Aarohi that his mother’s condition got worse as she left her behind, bleeding, to die. He asks Aarohi to be thankful that she once again got saved because of her sister, Akshara, otherwise he wouldn’t have forgiven the person who hurt his mother.

Abhimanyu tells Aarohi that she once again got saved today because of Akshara, whom she feels jealous of, wishes bad for her and keeps on insulting. Everyone feels confused thinking why Abhimanyu is scolding Aarohi. Abhimanyu asks Goenkas till when they will ignore the truth that Aarohi manipulates Akshara emotionally. He reveals that Aarohi blackmails Akshara, taunts her using Sirat’s death and name. Abhimanyu tells Goenkas that they always forgive Aarohi, thinking that she is younger than Akshara and a motherless child. He asks how Akshara is at fault. Abhimanyu asks if Akshara will always be at fault, just because she is elder to Aarohi.

He says even Akshara lost her mother but why she doesn’t take advantage of being a motherless child. Goenkas starts feeling guilty. Akshara tries to calm and stop Abhimanyu but he asks her to let him speak. He tells Goenkas that Aarohi got this much encouragement to trouble Akshara because they didn’t say anything to Aarohi, when Akshara left the house for Aarohi’s happiness. Abhimanyu apologizes to Goenkas and tells them that he doesn’t want to interfere in their family matters but he can’t tolerate anymore. He says till now whatever Aarohi wanted to do with Akshara, she did but he won’t spare Aarohi, if she shows her over smartness anymore.

Abhimanyu says he will forget that Aarohi is Akshara’s sister and won’t show any decency. He asks Akshara to not expect anything from him for Aarohi from now onwards. Aarohi apologizes to everyone for whatever she didn intentionally and unintentionally. She cries profusely. Harsh asks Abhimanyu to resolve his house’s matter first, instead of the other’s house. He says he can’t forgive Aarohi and Akshara for what they did with Manjiri. Abhimanyu asks Harsh, till when he started worrying about his mother. Harsh says he cares for Manjiri a lot as she is his wife.

Abhimanyu tells Harsh that he cares about only himself. He tells Harsh that he is doing all this because either he is enjoying it or has some personal benefit in it. Abhimanyu also tells Harsh that he may be doing all this because he can hurt Manjiri, Akshara or him through this. He confidently tells Harsh that he won’t let him do any of three. Harsh says he doesn’t want to discuss this in front of everyone. He tells Abhimanyu that it’s not right, as he is taking law in his hands. Harsh says Akshara should get punished for the crime she committed. Abhimanyu asks why Akshara should get punished, when Aarohi was driving the car, which hit Manjiri.

This information shocks everyone. Abhimanyu asks Harsh if he wants to get Akshara punished, because he doesn’t like Akshara and they are getting married against his will. He asks Harsh to do whatever he wants to but Akshara will surely become Mrs. Abhimanyu Birla. Harsh asks Abhimanyu if he believed Akshara’s lie as just now she admitted that she was driving the car. Abhimanyu feels shocked and disappointed. He says it was very difficult for him to not get Aarohi punished. Abhimanyu says he loves Akshara a lot and can’t live without her. He also says that he wants to spend his whole life with Akshara and marry her.

Abhimanyu says he will marry Akshara on the condition that Aarohi won’t be the part of Abhira’s marriage. This shocks everyone. Abhimanyu repeats his condition in anger to not let any confusion remain. He asks Akshara to make a decision, if she wants to get married without Aarohi or a life without him. Abhimanyu’s condition shocks everyone badly. He tells Akshara to tell him her decision as he is waiting for her answer outside. Akshara cries profusely for being in such a big confusion. Abhimanyu also feels bad for putting Akshara in such a dilemma. He recalls Akshara indirectly forcing him to marry Aarohi in the past.

Other Birlas also walk out. Swarna as Suhasini says it’s not less than an ordeal for Akshara. Kairav asks someone to explain to Abhimanyu that Aarohi is Akshara’s life. Manish says Aarohi is Akshara’s life and Abhimanyu is her oxygen to breathe. He asks, how will Akshara live without any of them. Mahima starts showing tantrums to wait outside in heat for Akshara’s answer. Harsh, Mahima and Anand ask Manjiri why she forgave Aarohi and Akshara. Harsh tells Manjiri that because of people like her, people like Akshara and Aarohi get encouraged. She says the whole family will recall Manjiri’s accident seeing the Goenka sisters.

Harsh says for the first time he feels that Abhimanyu took the right decision. Mahima says Akshara is taking much time, as she neither wants to leave her sister nor Abhimanyu. Manjiri says it’s not that easy. Harsh scolds Manjiri for not thinking logically. Even Mahima supports Harsh. Harsh says the truth is that Abhimanyu can’t see anyone over Akshara and Akshara prefers Aarohi over Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu feels angry but stays silent. Akshara cries profusely, hugging Kairav. Kairav asks Akshara to relax. Akshara says she won’t be able to choose anyone between Abhimanyu and Aarohi.

Reem takes a leave from Vansh to not get involved in Goenkas family matters. Manish asks Akshara to learn to differentiate between right and wrong keeping the relations aside. He says he understands that Aarohi hit Manjiri mistakenly but what she did after that, she did it intentionally and it’s a crime. Manish says it was wrong to hide the truth from everyone and a bigger crime was to force Akshara to hide the truth even from Abhimanyu. He asks if Aarohi committed the crime, why Akshara and Abhimanyu will bear the punishment. Manish tells Akshara that she will have to choose Abhimanyu, if she loves him truly.

He asks Akshara to not leave her right as well as not snatch Abhimanyu’s right. Akshara and Aarohi get shocked. Neil asks Abhimanyu to pour his heart out to them. Parth and Neil tell Abhimanyu that they know Aarohi is a little mean and weird but she is Akshara’s sister after all. Neil says Akshara will get very hurt to make a choice between him and Aarohi. Abhimanyu asks what about him getting hurt and Manjiri’s accident. Parth tells Abhimanyu that they are not denying his words but Aarohi is Akshara’s sister. Abhimanyu asks what he is for Akshara, not her priority and nor her first choice. He asks if this is his status now in Akshara’s eyes, then what will happen in future.

On the other hand, Akshara asks Manish, how will she choose between Abhimanyu and Aarohi. Manish angrily tells Akshara that she will get married to Abhimanyu, keeping/respecting his condition. She asks how she will get married without Aarohi. Manish asks Akshara to think that Abhimanyu might have had to get married without his mother, because of Aarohi’s mistake. He had to live whole life without his mother. Aarohi feels guilty. Manish says Abhimanyu’s anger is justified. He says Aarohi would understand that Abhimanyu’s anger is justified. Manish in a taunting way asks Aarohi if she still has the anguish of Sirat’s death in her heart.

He tells Aarohi that she took advantage of Sirat’s death and took away Akshara’s share of love, attention and her place in the Goenka family. He says even Akshara lost her mother but the whole family sees only her grief. Manish tells Aarohi that she behaved very badly with Akshara using Sirat’s death a lakh times and everyone watched the drama thinking that it’s her childishness. He says now they won’t watch her drama anymore as Abhimanyu opened their eyes by slapping the truth on their face. Manisha says now they have understood that they have been unfair to Akshara and did injustice to her, for years.

Manish tells Aarohi that both Akshara and she will be equal for the whole family. He also tells Aarohi that now she won’t use Sirat’s death for her advantage. Manish asks Akshara to go and tell Abhimanyu that she is ready to marry him on any condition. He tells Akshara and Aarohi that Abhimanyu didn’t send them to prison because he wants love, not revenge. Manish says Abhimanyu wants to bring both families together by marrying Akshara and doesn’t want any tiff or rift between Birlas and Goenkas. He explains to Akshara that she will choose her love as well as right by choosing Abhimanyu. Akhilesh, Swarna and Suhasini also ask Akshara to run and choose Abhimanyu before it gets too late. Akshara breaks down.

In the next episode, Aarohi will apply shagun mehendi on Akshara’s hand and ask for sister’s shagun from Abhimanyu. She will ask Abhimanyu to punish her if he wants to for this also. Abhimanyu will ask Aarohi to stop her drama and give her shagun. Akshara will dance happily with Manjiri, Suhasini and other family members. Abhimanyu will notice a chandelier falling on Akshara and run to rescue her. Aarohi will push Akshara and Abhimanyu will handle her. In this process of saving Akshara, Aarohi’s arm will get hit and injured by the chandelier. Akshara and Goenkas will be shocked and get worried for Aarohi. While Abhimanyu will still feel angry.
