Lakshmi and Rishi perform dance on the dance floor, while Malishka watches them in a jealous way. Neelam tells Kiran and Karishma that Rishi and Malishka are getting engaged for the second time, but its good that they won’t catch anyone’s bad sight. Lakshmi asks Rishi why was he so good towards her when he has no feelings for her, and didn’t want to keep their marriage, if he had to break her heart. Rishi is speechless and feels guilty. Earlier in the show, Lakshmi talks to Abhay, and tells him that she was blessed with a good dad, but he passed away, but she is lucky to get another dad, Rishi’s dad, Virender. She adds that she doesn’t want anything else. Virender hears her and gets emotional. Ayush avoids Shalu. She stops him. She asks him to help Lakshmi. She tells that Rishi and Lakshmi love each other. He blames Lakshmi for the divorce matter. She asks him to use his mind. He tells that the engagement won’t happen if Rishi loves Lakshmi. Virender tells Lakshmi that she said all these things to win his heart, but he is hurt by her actions of cheat. Abhay tells Lakshmi that nobody in the Oberois love her now. He advises her to leave the house as soon as possible, because Rishi is of Malishka, its no use to drag the marriage.

Ayush and Shalu argue about Rishi’s love. Ayush tells that he so wanted Rishi and Lakshmi to united and prayed for their union, but there is no use. Shalu tells that his prayers have changed Lakshmi’s heart. Ayush tells that Lakshmi should have asked Rishi not to get engaged, she doesn’t love him. She tells that she has told Rishi but he didn’t listen. He asks her to forget it, and come to see the couple dance. Ayush asks everyone to pay attention to him. He tells that the couple of the moment, Rishi and Malishka will dance first. Rishi and Malishka have a romantic dance on stage.

Lakshmi dances with someone else. Malishka excuses herself after some time. Lakshmi dances with Rishi. Rishi asks her how is he feeling to attend his engagement. Lakshmi tells that she is feeling the way she should. He tells her that she will really enjoy it. She tells that this will be his last dance with her. Balwinder’s friend sees Rishi in the party. Neelam tells that Rishi and Malishka’s engagement is happening for the second time. Rishi tells Lakshmi that he won’t miss her, she isn’t a great dancer. Lakshmi tells that he is a nice guy. She asks him why did he stay such nice towards her when he was determined of breaking her heart. She cries and leaves the dance floor. Rishi turns restless.
Balwinder’s friend goes away and calls Balwinder. He tells that he is working as a waiter in Oberoi house, where Rishi is getting engaged. Balwinder thinks Rishi is dead. His friend tells that Rishi is alive, Rishi is dancing with Lakshmi, he is getting engaged with her. Balwinder is shocked to know that Rishi is still alive. He tells that he is coming to kill Lakshmi, he will not let the engagement happen. He asks his friend to keep a waiter’s costume ready for his disguise. He gets the gun. He tells that he will kill Rishi, and free Lakshmi from her. He wants to become Rishi’s Markesh dosh.
Lakshmi hides her tears from Virender. He asks her to face the situation, it will give her courage, she can tell the judge in the court and complain against the Oberois. He is hurt that she didn’t consult him before going to the court. She knows that he is really hurt, but he still regards her a daughter. She hopes he supports her when she needs him.

Rishi gets drunk by mistake. He meets Rano. She tells that she wants to apologize to him. She asks Rishi to give a job to Neha. Rishi asks her to tell Neha to send her resume to the HR manager. He tells that he used to drink alcohol before but had to stop it because of Lakshmi. Lakshmi stops Rishi from drinking. Rishi asks her not to create a drama. He tells that she isn’t looking happy. Rano asks her to smile. Lakshmi tells that Rishi doesn’t like her smile. Rishi tells that he doesn’t like her smile. Lakshmi doesn’t want anyone to serve the drinks to Rishi. Malishka taunts Lakshmi on her fate. She tells that Lakshmi will lose Rishi in three months. She asks Shalu and Bani to see her engagement and have food before leaving.
She tells that Lakshmi saved Rishi’s life many times, but he still loves her. She lectures Lakshmi and her sisters. Neelam calls Rishi and Malishka for engagement. Lakshmi finds hard to tolerate this. Rishi asks Malishka to react really happy when she sees the ring. Malishka is surprised. He asks her to just react like she is seeing the ring for the first time.
Malishka thanks him and act really happy in front of them. Rano tells that Lakshmi is losing, so she is feeling bad for the latter. She asks Lakshmi to give an answer to Malishka. She wants to teach a lesson to Malishka. Lakshmi tells that its okay. Malishka’s ring falls and reaches Lakshmi. Shalu and Bani refuse to pick the ring and pass it. Malishka asks Rano to pick it. Rano tells that she has backpain and can’t pick it. Rishi orders Lakshmi to pass the ring to him. Lakshmi picks the ring. She asks Rishi why is he doing this. She doesn’t hand over the ring to him.
