Yeh Rishta 6th July 2022 Written Update Worry for Abhi Harsh gets relaxed seeing Abhimanyu is fine and leaves from his ward. Anand says Akshara and Abhimanyu are fine but he still wants to do some tests of Abhimanyu. Manjiri says she wants to perform a proper Grih Pravesh of Abhimanyu and Akshara. Kairav says even Goenkas wants to perform Akshara’s bidaai once again. Anand says he will be able to discharge Abhimanyu, after his MRI gets done tomorrow. Abhimanyu shows reluctance in getting an MRI done but agrees on everyone’s insistence. Everyone teases Abhimanyu.
Swarna tells Manjiri that Abhira’s first Teej is arriving and they should start preparing for it soon. Manish warns Abhimanyu and Akshara to not pretend to be happy like they did on Sawan Milni. He tells Abhira that they want a 100% true and pure patch up of them this time. Abhimanyu and Akshara ask Manish to not worry as their first Teej will be very special. Mahima asks everyone to let Abhimanyu and Akshara rest now. She scolds Abhimanyu for showing tantrums. Parth and Neil tease Abhimanyu. Everyone except Kairav leaves from Abhimanyu’s ward to let him have rest.
Kairav apologizes to Abhimanyu for misunderstanding him. Abhimanyu forgives Kairav within a second. He tells Kairav that whatever he did, did, being an elder and brother of Akshara. Kairav tells Abhimanyu that Akshara was right that he shouldn’t interfere in between her and her husband’s matters. Abhimanyu tells Kairav that even he knows that Akshara didn’t mean it. Kairav says Akshara was right. He says he has realized that he (Abhimanyu) has anger issues but loves Akshara more than anything/anyone. Kairav expresses thankfulness to Abhimanyu for saving Akshara by staking his own life in danger.
Seeing Kairav again and again apologizing to him, Abhimanyu tells him that he will get angry if he apologizes once more. They tease each other. Kairav tells Abhimanyu that he prays to God that his and Akshara’s love remains stable forever. Abhimanyu thanks Kairav. Next morning, Akshara is seen getting ready, recalling all the past and lovely moments she spent with Abhimanyu. She takes a bouquet of roses to give to Abhimanyu. At the hospital, Abhimanyu refuses to get his MRI done even after Rohan insists on it. Abhimanyu thanks Rohan for caring and worrying for him. He also thanks Rohan for handling everything responsibly during the fire incident at hospital.

Abhimanyu expresses thankfulness towards Rohan for getting psycho Sanjay arrested and for taking care of him for the whole night. Rohan feels good and smiles. He feeds medicines to Abhimanyu. Rohan teases Abhimanyu by telling him that he got the message that Akshara is reaching the hospital soon. As Rohan leaves Abhimanyu’s ward, Abhimanyu feels that something is wrong with his right hand’s wrist. He ignores the pain carelessly for the time being. Later, Abhimanyu gets up from his bed and gets mesmerized seeing Akshara arriving in a red saree. Abhira walks towards each other. “Laal Ishq” song plays in the background.
Abhimanyu and Akshara praise each other’s looks. They call each beautiful and hot. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he is so happy today, that he is wishing to kiss her. Akshar gets shy. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to not blush red like a tomato as he is just saying, not actually giving her a kiss. He asks Akshara if he can really kiss her as a person should do whatever his/her heart says. Shy Akshara gives the rose bouquet to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu gives a rose to Akshara. Akshara thanks Abhimanyu. Suddenly, Abhimanyu stuns Akshara by kissing her cheek. Abhira gets a little romantic in between the hospital corridor.
Abhimanyu gets irritated with Rohan’s sudden interruption. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that Rohan is very sweet. She also tells Abhimanyu that yesterday Rohan cried a lot for him and even respects him a lot. Abhimanyu calls Rohan close and teases him using sweet words. Akshara feels like laughing. Abhimanyu sweetly asks Rohan why he came to disturb a husband and wife’s private moment. Rohan tells Abhimanyu that he came to get his signatures on his own discharge papers as Anand is busy in OT. Abhimanyu says this is “The Moment” of his life. He says he became a doctor for this day and this moment only.
Akshara congratulates Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu finds it difficult to sign the discharge papers using his right hand. Akshara asks Abhimanyu if he doesn’t want to return home and instead stay at the hospital only. Rohan and Akshara ask Abhimanyu if he is facing any problem. Abhimanyu says no and signs his own discharge papers. He wonders why his right wrist or right hand is still in pain as he already took the painkiller. Abhimanyu feels that something isn’t right with his right wrist but ignores it carelessly. Rohan teases Abhimanyu for his bad handwriting and tells him that his signatures aren’t looking like his original signatures. Akshara laughs hearing this.

Abhimanyu and Akshara decide that they won’t leave each other next time even if they will get indulged in any argument. Suddenly, hospital staff comes and gives a lot of flower bouquets to Abhira. They thank Abhira for staking their lives for saving others lives. Abhimanyu says it’s fine and no one needs to thank him and Akshara for that. Everyone leaves after clapping for Abhimanyu and Akshara. Abhira leaves the hospital holding each other’s hands. After reaching outside Birla house, Abhimanyu opens the car door for Akshara. Akshara comes outside and tells Abhimanyu that she missed Birla house a lot. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that even Birla house misses her a lot.
Abhira walks towards Birla house’s main door. A similar moment from their wedding day is shown. Abhira rings the doorbell. As the door opens, Abhira gets stunned seeing Goenkas and Birlas standing at the door for their welcome. Goenkas and Birlas start showering flower petals in front of Abhira. Manjiri reminds Akshara of her past Grih Pravesh, which was very dull. She and Swarna tell Abhira that today they will get both families love and blessings. Teasingly Abhimanyu says that he won’t let Akshara leave him now, ever. Everyone together performs Abhimanyu and Akshara’s Grih Pravesh.
Abhimanyu and Akshara enter Birla house together, holding each other’s hands. Everyone wards off evil eyes/bad sight from Akshara and Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu and Akshara perform all rituals of Grih Pravesh successfully. Everyone claps for Abhira. Abhimanyu picks up Akshara in his arms and twirls her. This makes Akshara shy but stuns everyone. Everyone gets happy seeing Abhira happy together.
In the next episode, Akshara will pass a water bottle to Abhimanyu but it will fall from his hand. Abhimanyu will feel worried thinking that something is really wrong with his right hand/wrist. Later, everyone will get shocked knowing that Akshara is keeping a Teej fast for Abhimanyu even being in her recovery stage. Later, Abhimanyu will be seen feeling unwell and uneasy while sleeping.
