Yeh Rishta Twisty Teej 7th July 2022 Written Update Anand tells family that they have a lot of work in the hospitals like settling patients, getting them good counseling and a lot of paperwork. Neil says even people have been called for tender for renovation of the north wing. Mahima says everything is under control at the hospital now. Anand and Mahima refuse to take Abhimanyu to hospital, when he insists. They ask him to have rest as Parth and Neil are there to help them in handling everything. Akshara convinces Abhimanyu to rest. Vansh says he and Kairav will also be helping Birlas in the hospital.

Harsh comes up and says he is also going to Birla hospital. He says to everyone that till now he has handled such issues in hospital for a long time. Harsh says he lost his position in hospital but not the right to help his family. He says Birla hospital’s current situation needs him. Everyone leaves for their work, except Akshara and Abhimanyu. Swarna asks Akshara if she should bring the Teej stuff that she has kept in the car for her. She asks Akshara if anyone will object to this. Akshara tells Swarna that no one can stop her from doing whatever she wants to. She also tells Swarna that she has full support of Abhimanyu and Manjiri.

Akshara asks Swarna to send her Teej stuff inside Birla house. Swarna explains the importance of Teej and relations to Akshara. When Swarna asks Akshara, if she will for sure keep Teej fast for Abhimanyu, Akshara says yes obviously. Manjiri overhears this and thinks to prepare for Akshara’s first Teej. Later, Akshara gets stunned seeing her stuff spread across her whole room. Abhimanyu comes and tells Akshara that he missed her a lot. Akshara hugs Abhimanyu and tells him that she missed him too. They reveal to each other that they got indulged in each other’s habits at Goenka and Birla house respectively.

Abhimanyu and Akshara call each stupid for failing to understand each other earlier. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that it’s good that their misunderstandings and the issues between them burned in the fire incident that occurred in the hospital. They remind and give each other their medicines. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she knows that he is in a hurry to get well soon to return to his first love. She also tells Abhimanyu that she knows that his first love is his profession, patients, hospital and surgeries. Water bottle falls from Abhimanyu’s hand as Akshara passes it to him. Abhimanyu gets worried about his wrist injury but ignores it again.

Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu. She tells Abhimanyu that she thought that he grabbed the bottle. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that it’s fine. When Abhimanyu finds that Akshara is not liking the bitter taste of medicine, he says he is bringing something sweet. Before Abhimanyu gets up, Akshara gives him a kiss on his cheek, telling him that her mouth got sweet now. This stunns Abhimanyu. He naughtily tells Akshara that even his medicine was very bitter. Akshara gives another kiss to Abhimanyu on his other cheek. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that this way her mouth is getting sweet, not his.

Abhimanyu goes closer to Akshara. Akshara feels shy and stops Abhimanyu. She walks to her room door and closes it from inside. Abhimanyu picks up a rose from a nearby flower vase. Akshara sees Abhimanyu spreading rose petals on their bed. She smiles seeing him. Abhimanyu signs Akshara to come to him. Akshara picks up a red chunri from nearby and covers her head making a veil from it. She walks towards Abhimanyu in style. Abhimanyu gets mesmerized. He pulls Akshara towards him. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara fall on bed, get romantic and intimate. At the hospital, Mahima tells Anand that whatever happened yesterday shouldn’t get repeated. She says that they will have to fill Harsh’s position soon.

Anand says that Harsh single handedly handled and managed everything like; administration, accounts, management and security. He says no issue arrived in Harsh’s work period. Mahima tells Anand that they can’t bring Harsh back to the hospital. Anand tells Mahima that they will have to talk to someone else as Parth isn’t interested in taking over Harsh’s position. This makes Mahima worried. Later, Akshara switches off the alarm to not let Abhimanyu get disturbed. She gives sleeping Abhimanyu a kiss, fixes his hand bandage and leaves.

Sleeping Abhimanyu starts feeling unwell and uneasy due to his hand or wrist injury. Akshara sets her sargi items on the dining table. She feels reluctant to have sargi alone. Akshara wonders who she would have asked to accompany her in this. Abhimanyu comes from behind and naughtily calls Akshara shameless for having food without her husband. He gets romantic with Akshara at the dining table. Manjiri comes there and Abhira’s romantic moment gets interrupted. Abhimanyu in a low voice asks Akshara why Manjiri is coming from another side as her room is on the opposite side. Akshara tells Manjiri that she woke up early to have Teej’s sargi.

Abhimanyu in a low voice asks Akshara if even Manjiri would have kept Teej fast. Akshara signs that she has no idea about it. Abhimanyu tells Manjiri that his sleep broke as Akshara woke up early and left the room. Manjiri starts leaving to prepare tea for Akshara. Abhimanyu tells Manjiri that he is helping Akshara by having food that came from Goenka’s house for her. He tells Manjiri that she can also have food. Akshara straightforwardly asks Manjiri if she is also observing Teej fast. Before Manjiri could answer Abhira, the whole family comes there. Abhimanyu asks the family about the hospital situation.

Anand and Neil tell Abhimanyu that everyone helped them and the hospital situation is now under control. Abhimanyu feels bad for not being able to help his family with the hospital situation. Anand asks Abhimanyu to not be sorry as he did big and good work by saving so many patients yesterday. Neil asks Manjiri if breakfast is ready as he is very hungry. Akshara tells Neil that breakfast isn’t ready, but a lot of food items came from her maternal home as her Teej’s sargi. Mahima asks Akshara why she is observing fast as she has to take medicines for her recovery.

Akshara says she will have her medicines right after having sargi. Anand asks Akshara what if in between, she gets unwell. Akshara tells Anand that she wants to try keeping fast. She also tells Anand that she will break the fast in between, if she won’t feel well. Mahima asks Akshara why she is taking the risk. Akshara tells Mahima that the will power of a person gets strong, if she/he does something wholeheartedly. She says she wants to complete Teej fast for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu gets stunned. Mahima asks Abhimanyu if he is fine with this. Abhimanyu tells Mahima that it’s Akshara’s decision and he can’t say anything in it.

Akshara tells Mahima that Abhimanyu neither forced her to keep Teej fast, nor stopped her. She says she wants to do it for her happiness. Akshara asks everyone to not take tension as Abhimanyu is with her. Parth in a low voice tells Shefali that even he won’t force her or stop her from keeping fast. Shefali goes into thinking. Neil gives a food plate to Harsh. Abhimanyu makes Akshara eat with his hands. He even troubles Akshara by secretly getting closer to her. Akshara gets shy and smiles. Abhimanyu and Akshara notice Harsh and Manjiri looking at each other. Angry Abhimanyu in a low voice tells Akshara that nothing has changed and Manjiri will as always keep fast today.

Harsh asks if he can get tea. He asks to check Teej’s food items as they shouldn’t either be excessively sweet or excessively oily. Harsh says he doesn’t want to invite illness in the name of fast’s food stuff. Manjiri gets awkward and Abhimanyu feels angry noticing it. Abhimanyu gives an angry glare to Harsh. Seeing this whole family gets tense.

In the next episode, Akshara and Abhimanyu will try to explain to Manjiri that Harsh doesn’t deserve her. Manjiri will get stunned when Harsh will ask her to end the matter by apologizing to him once. Abhimanyu and Akshara will gift Teej outfits to each other. Abhimanyu will fill Akshara’s hairline with vermilion. He will also apply tika on his forehead with Akshara’s vermilion. Later, Akshara, Abhimanyu and other Birlas will be seen celebrating Teej with Goenkas.
