Anupama 16th July 2022 Written Update Vanraj meets Anu Baa and Vanraj talk ill about Anuj and Anupama’s decisions about loving, marrying and now becoming parents in middle age. Vanraj says Anuj and Anupama want to compete with children now. Baa says at this age people go for Teerth Yatra but Anuj and Anupama are increasing their family. Paritosh says he thought that Anupama will take care of his and Kinjal’s upcoming child but she brought a new kid herself without telling anyone. Baa says Anuj and Anupama are giving another reason to society/people to make fun of them.
She also says that they don’t even know about Anu’s character and background. Kavya asks Baa to not talk like this about a little girl. The Shah family’s doorbell rings. Pakhi tells everyone that this would be Anuj, Anupama and Anu. She says Adhik told her that Anuj and Anupama are bringing Anu to make her meet the Shah family. Angry Vanraj opens the door for Anuj, Anupama and Anu. As per Anij’s instructions, little Anu runs and hugs Vanraj, addressing him as “uncle with a moustache”. Anu’s actions stunns Shahs.
Vanraj gets confused and caresses Anu’s head and hair. Anu shocks everyone by telling her name to everyone. She asks Vanraj if he doesn’t talk. Vanraj says hello to Anu. Anu goes further inside with Anupama and Anuj’s permission. Kavya and Mamaji smile seeing little Anu. In a low voice, Vanraj asks Anuj and Anupama if they are mad that they decided to become foster parents at their middle age. He tells Anuj and Anupama that Adhik told Pakhi and Pakhi told all the Shahs about Anu. Little Anu feels confused seeing Baa, Pakhi and Paritosh’s weird reactions.
Anuj and Anupama introduce little Anu as their daughter to the Shah family. While Kinjal feels happy seeing Anu, Bapuji and Mamaji grow emotional. Pakhi, Paritosh and Baa feel angry and jealous of little Anu. Anupama makes Anu meet Bapuji. Anu touches Bapuji’s feet and the latter blesses her happiness. Little Anu asks for a cream roll from Bapuji. Bapuji tells little Anu that he didn’t order cream because of her mother’s (Anupama) fear. Samar returns home and gets confused seeing Anu and everyone’s expressions. Bapuji tells Anupama and Anuj that today he can see Yashoda Maya and Nanda Baba in them.
He also tells Anuj and Anupama that they know the importance of giving a home to an orphan. Bapuji further tells Anuj and Anupama that he is proud of them. Anu tells everyone that she can’t understand adult’s conversation. Bapuji introduces Anu to Mamaji. Anu takes Mamaji’s blessings too. Anupama introduces Anu to Paritosh, Pakhi and Samar as their younger sister. At Kapadia house, Ankush tells Barkha that he checked companies finances behind him. He shocks Barkha and Adhik by telling them that Malvika has named each and everything belonging to Kapadias in Anuj’s name. Ankush says Anuj made the Kapadia empire reach heights with a lot of hard work.
He expresses his disappointment of just being a salaried employee of Kapadia business. Barkha and Adhik request Ankush to do something to get his share in the Kapadia empire. Adhik tells Ankush that he will take a bold step, if he won’t. He also asks Ankush to not try stopping him once he takes a bold step. Barkha allows Adhik to do anything by signing him through expressions. Kinjal using sign language convinces Pakhi and Samar to meet little Anu politely. Pakhi introduces Anu to herself, Kinjal and Samar. Anu says hi to everyone. Anu tells Samar that she dances just like him. Samar caresses Anu.
Anu asks Anupama who are the people, who are looking angrily at her. Anupama introduces Paritosh and Baa to Anu. Paritosh and Baa ignore Anu brutally. Baa and Paritosh’s behavior with little Anu disappoints everyone. This hurts little Anu. Kavya cheers little Anu by introducing herself to her. Little Anu hugs Kavya. Kavya kisses Anu’s forehead. Anu asks Anupama if she should go and convince Baa. Anupama tells Anu to convince Baa later on. Anu asks Anupama if she can sit on the house swing. Anupama says okay. Excited little Anu runs towards the swing and by mistake pushes Kinjal’s stomach.
Everyone gets worried for Kinjal who gets saved from falling down. This makes Baa angry. Unaware of the Shah family’s complicated equation with Anuj and Anupama, little Anu tells her parents that she likes Bapuji’s house and wishes to visit it frequently. Baa feels angry. She accuses little Anu of hurting Kinjal’s unborn baby. Baa scolds Anuj and Anupama for bringing new responsibility in the form of Anu, when Kinjal’s baby’s responsibility is also coming soon. She indirectly declares little Anu’s steps as inauspicious. This hurts Anuj and Anupama. Anupama explains to Anu that Kinjal is pregnant and thus they need to take proper care of her.
Anu cutely caresses Kinjal’s baby bump. She apologizes to Kinjal for unintentionally hurting her and the upcoming baby. Kinjal tells Anu that it’s fine. Anu tells Kinjal that she will pray to God for her to give birth to a cute little daughter. She also promises Kinjal that she will take proper care of her and upcoming baby. Kinjal caresses Anu’s hair and calls her cute. Everyone grows soft seeing little Anu’s caring attitude towards pregnant Kinjal. Baa gets worried and angry when Kinjal gives her hand to Anu to show her the whole Shah house. Paritosh leaves angrily. Samar and Pakhi go with Anu and Kinjal.
Before Anupama could talk to Baa, Vanraj stops her. He tells Anuj and Anupama that there is no use to tell anything to anyone now as they already fostered Anu, without informing anyone. Baa asks Anupama if she didn’t think about her own children’s feelings before fostering Anu. On the other hand, Kinjal takes Anu to her and Paritosh’s room. Seeing Kinjal and Paritosh’s wedding photograph, Anu asks Kinjal if Paritosh always stays in anger with her. Kinjal tells Anu that Paritosh stays angry sometimes. She makes Anu happy by giving her a chocolate.
Pakhi and Samar discuss that their little sister Anu is cute but they get shocked as well on knowing about her. Pakhi says she is wondering how she will explain another member of her complicated family to her friends. In a low voice, Paritosh asks Pakhi and Samar if they didn’t feel hurt by the fact that Anupama didn’t tell them about Anu beforehand. Pakhi, Samar, Paritosh and Kinjal get tense thinking about what their and upcoming baby’s importance will be in Anupama’s life after little Anu’s entry. Baa tells Anuj and Anupama that she doesn’t have a problem with them taking any number of children’s responsibility.
She asks Anuj and especially Anupama if they will be able to take little Anu’s responsibility in their present middle age. She explains to Anupama that there is no one in her in-laws except her and Anuj, who can raise a little child properly. Anupama explains to Baa that she and Anuj are trying to give little Anu a family of her own and their love. Anuj tells Baa that kids who live in orphanages grow mature earlier than other kids of the same age. He says little Anu will take care of them more than they will take care of her. Baa tells Anuj and Anupama that even a matured kid needs a lot of attention and care.
Kavya tells Baa that Anu is not a toddler but a mature kid. She says little Anu will get raised in a good and calm way. Baa indirectly taunts Kavya for giving her a lesson on raising children, being childless herself. Kavya gets hurt by this. Baa says she understands that Anuj can become a good father. She says even a good father can share responsibility of a kid to only some extent, later the whole responsibility of the kid goes to the mother at the end. Vanraj indirectly tells Anuj that he has increased Anupama’s responsibilities and divided her into two parts.
Anuj asks Vanraj if Anupama stopped loving Paritosh and Samar after Pakhi’s birth. Angry Vanraj tells Anuj that his children’s logic is different. Angry Anuj tells Vanraj that even his daughter’s (Anu) matter is also different. He says this is a common/normal human emotion as every person wants his own family and child. Anuj asks Vanraj if he did the same, what is wrong in it. He tells Vanraj that he feels troubled when he considers his (Vanraj) children as his own and showers love on them. Anuj also tells Vanraj that he is still feeling troubled even when his (Anuj) own child has arrived.
Anuj asks Vanraj why he is being considered wrong if he loves his children exactly the way he loves his children. Vanraj feels confused and angry. Anuj tells Vanraj that he never took away his right over his children and will not even give up his right to have a child of his own. He also tells Vanraj that his daughter is his happiness and pride and he doesn’t need any stranger’s permission to have a daughter or not. Vanraj tells Anuj that Anupama will have to tolerate little Anu.
Angry Anupama tells Vanraj that she fostered Anu on her own will. She addresses Vanraj as an outsider and tells him that he doesn’t need to be worried about her. Anupama says she has her husband to take care of her. Anuj shows a proud face to Vanraj. Vanraj tells Anupama that they know her nature. He also tells Anupama that they know that she is taking Anu’s responsibility only for Anuj’s happiness. Anupama angrily asks Vanraj to not make fun of motherhood and mothers affection. She warns Vanraj to not interfere between her and husband ever from now onwards.
In the next episode, Anupama’s children will express their fear and jealousy in front of Anupama, towards Anu. Anupama will get worried. Vanraj will misunderstand Anupama and Anuj. He will tell Baa that Anuj intentionally brought Anu so that his children can’t get anything from the Kapadia empire. Vanraj will say that he and his children aren’t beggars and doesn’t need Anuj’s money.
