Yeh Rishta 16th July 2022 Written Update Akshara stirred Aarohi asks Akshara whom she is deceiving with such a time pass goal. She tells Akshara that it’s easy to break someone’s dream career, rather than make one for ownself. Aarohi accuses Akshara of ruining her career. She asks Akshara to go away with her fake caring drama of herself. She asks Akshara to burn her half-left career too with her garbage. Akshara picks up her music passion’s stuff. Aarohi grabs Akshara’s arm and pushes her out of her room, brutally. This hurts Akshara badly.

Everyone watches Akshara walking away hurt from Aarohi’s room. “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” sad-version plays in the background. Manish asks what word of Aarohi hurt a cheerful Akshara to this extent. Kairav says Akshara didn’t listen to him even when he warned her. Suhasini says Aarohi always hurts Akshara. At Birla hospital, Abhimanyu watches Anand perform a surgery. He feels bad for himself for not being able to perform surgeries due to severe nerve damage. At Birla house, Manjiri feels good by making a lauki halwa for herself after a long time. She suddenly gets shocked seeing Akshara returning in a broken and crying state.

Manjiri runs to Akshara and hugs her tightly. She understands that angry Aarohi may have hurt Akshara for whatever happened at the hospital. Manjiri tries to calm a broken Akshara through an emotional and motivating song. Akshara also joins Manjiri in singing. She recalls Aarohi humiliating her, her dreams and her passion and her career. Manjiri wipes Akshara’s tears and tells her that even she can understand Aarohi’s pain. She tells Akshara that she understands how Aarohi would have worked so hard to become a doctor. Manjiri tells Akshara that she has seen Mahima and Abhimanyu working very hard day and night for their career, to reach their present position.

She also tells Akshara that they might not be able to understand Abhimanyu, Mahima and Aarohi’s hard work and penance because the one who has gone through the same can only understand. Before Akshara could share her real issue with Manjiri, she gets Abhimanyu’s video call. After wiping her tears, Akshara receives Abhimanyu’s video call. Abhimanyu understands seeing Akshara’s face that Aarohi must have hurt her with her ill words. Akshara initially tries to hide her pain from Abhimanyu. Later, She tells Abhimanyu that she won’t feel bad even if her sister will talk badly with her. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that anyhow Aarohi is very upset. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if Aarohi hurt her just because she is upset.

Akshara immediately changes the topic and asks Abhimanyu, why he left for hospital so early. She asks Abhimanyu if he had any surgery to perform. Abhimanyu recalls yearning for performing a surgery. He tells Akshara that he casually left for the hospital early. Askhara agrees when Abhimanyu asks her to reach the hospital as soon as possible. As the call gets disconnected, Akshara wonders how to tell Abhimanyu what all hurtful things Aarohi said to her today. Abhimanyu wonders how to tell Akshara about his hand’s severe nerve damage. Rohan calls Abhimanyu for an emergency.

At Goenka house, Manish asks Swarna why she made him call the prospective groom and his family at home, even after knowing about Aarohi’s bad mood. Swarna tells Manish that she can’t even ask Kairav to talk to Aarohi because even he is angry with Aarohi for what she did with Akshara. Manish and Swarna wonder when will Aarohi and Akshara’s issues with each other end. She says the whole family gets sad when Akshara and Aarohi get sad. Manish tells Swarna that he will try to postpone Groom’s parents visit this time. He asks Swarna to try and understand what is in Aarohi’s mind.

At Birla hospital, Rohan makes Abhimanyu meet a patient named Mr. Singh. Singh tells Abhimanyu that his condition/case is very complicated and he came a long way from Bhilwara, searching for him. He tells Abhimanyu that he wants to get operated on by him as he has heard a lot about him from people. Unaware of the truth, Rohan assures Dr. Abhimanyu’s help to Mr. Singh. Abhimanyu tells Mr. Singh that his senior and mentor Dr. Anand will perform his surgery, not him. Mr. Singh asks Abhimanyu why he can’t operate on him. He tells Abhimanyu that he can pay extra fees and even wait if he doesn’t have time for his surgery at present.

Mr. Singh requests Abhimanyu to not step back from helping him. Anand comes and tells Mr. Singh that Abhimanyu is going out of town for an important conference and may return after a week. Abhimanyu tells Mr. Singh, that according to his reports he should get his surgery scheduled within one week. He also requests Mr. Singh to get his surgery performed by Anand as even, he is a very brilliant doctor. Mr. Singh tells Abhimanyu that he can wait for one week too but wants to get operated by him only. Worried and disappointed Abhimanyu leaves towards his cabin. In his cabin, Abhimanyu tries to calm himself saying that his hand will get fine/normal within a week.

Anand comes to Abhimanyu and apologizes to him for lying to the patient. He tells Abhimanyu that he is very proud of him, seeing people trusting him this much. Anand also tells Abhimanyu that when a person becomes this famous, his reputation can go down very badly. He further tells Abhimanyu that they can’t tell anyone about the serious condition of his hand to anyone at present as otherwise, his hard-earned name and reputation may get spoiled. He also tells Abhimanyu that they can’t even let him perform any surgery in his hand’s severe condition.

Anand tells Abhimanyu that in all the present conditions, his (Abhimanyu) career, Birla hospital’s reputation and market may get affected. Abhimanyu asks Anand to not be worried as he will surely get fine soon. Anand tells Abhimanyu that he expects and hopes for the same. He explains to Abhimanyu that a person should always share their tensions and issues with their partners. Anand tells Abhimanyu that this way trust between life partners remains intact and the person’s own mind feels light. He convinces Abhimanyu to reveal about his hand’s severe nerve damage to Akshara as soon as possible.

Akshara gets busy with a patient in another hospital. She feels worried thinking that Abhimanyu might be waiting for her. On the other hand, Anand angers Abhimanyu by bringing Harsh’s name in their professional conversation. Abhimanyu controls his anger and asks Anand to give him some work as he is feeling useless at present. Anand asks Abhimanyu to not stress himself mentally and leave his hand’s condition’s tension on the neurologist. He receives a text from someone and gives a work to Abhimanyu, which includes Harsh. Abhimanyu feels tense seeing that life is testing him continuously.

He decides to relieve his stress by revealing his hand’s true condition to Akshara. On the other hand, Akshara is seen performing music therapy on patients of another hospital by singing a beautiful song. Hospital’s all patients, staff and visitors get happy and impressed with Akshara’s magical voice. A visitor praises Akshara’s voice and singing. Akshara thanks him. Visitor tries convincing Akshara to use her music therapy on a large scale and big platform. He explains to Akshara that this way she would be able to help more people by making her voice reach a large number of people.

Akshara recalls Aarohi’s bitter words and how she humiliated her and her passion. Visitor tells Akshara that he genuinely got impressed with her talent. He gives his card and his company’s udaipur audition details to Akshara. This visitor motivates Akshara to use her talent for herself as well as to help a large number of people. Akshara thinks about her panic attacks and stage fear. She decides to get out of her comfort zone, walk ahead towards her passion and pursue her dreams now.

In the next episode, Akshara will tell Abhimanyu that she gave her singing audition clip to “India’s Magical Voice”. She will also tell Abhimanyu that if she clears the first round, she will have to go physically for the second round. Akshara will ask Abhimanyu if she should go for the second round, which is tomorrow. Later, Akshara will cut a cake with everyone. She will see Abhimanyu hiding something.
