Yeh Rishta Abhi’s decision 19th July 2022 Written Update Abhimanyu hides his medicine as Akshara comes up to him. Lights go off and Abhira kisses each other. Abhira also says, “I love you” to each other. Abhimanyu thinks how he will answer Akshara when she will ask him about the medicine she saw in his hands. He thinks he can’t lie to Akshara and also doesn’t want to tell her the truth. Abhimanyu thinks that he won’t let Akshara’s strength break as she showed it for the first time in her life. Aarohi on the other hand, gets angry seeing Akshara celebrating her happiness with everyone.

At Birla house, Abhimanyu and Akshara grow romantic in their room. They perform a couple-dance together. “Aap Ki Aankhon Mein Kuch Mehke Hue Se Raaz Hai” song plays in the background. At Birla hospital, Anand receives a text from his neurologist friend informing him that he is coming to udaipur to examine Abhimanyu’s hand. Anand decrypts that his neurologist friend himself is coming to udaipur to examine Abhimanyu’s hand, which means that something is really serious with Abhimanyu’s hand. He thinks of not panicking Abhimanyu at present and to tell him the next morning.

On the other hand, Abhimanyu gets more romantic with each other. They fell asleep with each other. Next morning, Anand gets worried about some missing papers. Neil and Mahima, unaware of details of the papers Anand is trying to find, help him. Abhimanyu feels bad seeing Anand tense. Manjiri calls Neil aside. Neil tells Manjiri that no one, not even the auditor is able to handle Harsh’s vacant position’s work at the hospital. Abhimanyu overhears Manjiri and Neil’s conversation. At Goenka house, Aarohi tries calling Rudra but he doesn’t pick up the call. Aarohi recalls Rudra offering her a good job position at his father’s newly opened hospital. She hopes that Rudra picks up her calls.

Aarohi also recalls Rudra telling her that Abhimanyu asked him to stay away from her (Aarohi). She further recalls Rudra telling her that Abhimanyu told him that Aarohi is working in Birla hospital only because she is Akshara’s sister, otherwise he wouldn’t have allowed her to work at Birla hospital. Aarohi hopes that Rudra’s father will help her get her medical license back through his high profile contacts. She also hopes that Rudra’s father might give her a job at his newly opened hospital. Akshara tries finding a good outfit for her audition’s second round.

She recalls that she hasn’t practiced singing today. Akshara starts practicing. Abhimanyu comes and praises Akshara’s voice by calling it sweet like a desert. When Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she is feeling nervous. Abhimanyu explains to Akshara to perform deep breathing even before the audition, which will help her give her audition smoothly. He shares his first surgery’s experience with Akshara. Abhimanyu explains to Akshara that even he got scared to the hell and nervous before performing his first surgery. Akshara asks Abhimanyu who motivated him in the past.

Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he motivated himself by recalling how much hard work he did to reach a surgeon’s position. He says he even recalled the expectations he himself and his family had from him. Abhimanyu explains to Akshara that every person gets nervous on reaching very close to their dreams. He tells Akshara that if the person successfully handles this particular moment of nervousness properly, no one can stop this person from fulfilling his/her own dreams. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that dreams are magical as they motivate and inspire a person. Akshara calls Abhimanyu an inspiring personality. She tells Abhimanyu that she gets a new energy whenever she talks to him.

Akshara thanks Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu kisses Akshara’s forehead and asks her to remember that no one can stop her from becoming a star. Suddenly, Akshara’s gets Harsh’s recommendation letter fallen on the floor. Abhimanyu tears it up, recalling Anand telling him that Harsh might need it to get another job somewhere else as he hasn’t worked anywhere else till now. At Birla house, Aarohi gets happy on receiving a text from Rudra asking her to meet him. Aarohi recalls how she was suspended for 1 year from her work and how her license got snatched after Akshara exposed her. She also recalls Abhimanyu informing everyone that Akshara is going to participate in India’s Magical Voice competition.

Aarohi decides to not let Akshara fulfill her dreams of becoming a singing sensation. She gets shocked seeing Swarna behind her. At Birla house, a tense Manjiri recalls her and Neil’s conversation about hospital work. At the same time, Abhimanyu comes to Manjiri and seeks her suggestion to make a final decision about something. Abhimanyu turns and finds that Akshara overheard his and Manjiri’s conversation. Akshara gives her agreement to Abhimanyu for his decision. At Goenka house, Aarohi behaves rudely with Swarna. Kairav comes and scolds Aarohi for showing attitude after making a mistake herself.

Aarohi arrogantly tells Kairav that no one understands her in Goenka house and loves her less than Akshara. Kairav asks Aarohi why she always compares herself with Akshara. He tells Aarohi that she and Akshara are two different personalities and there is no competition between them. Aarohi asks Kairav why Akshara always interferes in her matters. She says everyone knows that her medical license wouldn’t have got canceled if Akshara wouldn’t have exposed her earlier. Kairav asks Aarohi how can Akshara stay silent seeing something going wrong. Aarohi says Akshara had nothing to do in her negligence act. She tells Kairav that wherever she and Akshara are involved, she is always considered wrong.

Aarohi says Akshara’s all mistakes are forgiven but her even a single mistake makes everyone punish her. She also says that she worked so hard to become a doctor but everything got ruined. At Birla house, Neil asks Anand why he canceled Abhimanyu’s upcoming surgeries. When Anand tells Neil that either he or Dr. Kumar will handle Abhimanyu’s patient’s surgeries, Neil questions him. Anand asks Neil to just make administrative decisions and let him handle surgeries and doctors. Neil suspects something has happened, which Anand is hiding. Abhimanyu comes and tells Anand that he has thought of bringing back Harsh to the Birla hospital at his position.

Manjiri tells Anand that she is ready to give management the letter they want from her. She and Abhimanyu tell Anand that their personal relations shouldn’t affect hospital finances and patient’s health. Anand thanks Manjiri for removing a big burden from his head. He says everyone will be able to concentrate on their respective works once Harsh returns to his position at Birla hospital. Abhimanyu feels worried about his hand’s condition. Neil tells Abhimanyu and Manjiri that they are great as they are thinking good about the person who gave them so much tribulation and sorrow. Manjiri tells Neil that a person can’t gain anything good by thinking bad about another person.

She asks Neil to get the letter typed which management needs from her. Manjiri asks Abhimanyu to be with Akshara and double her strength. Akshara praises Abhimanyu for making such a tough decision of bringing back Harsh to the Birla hospital at his position. Abhimanyu makes Akshara laugh through his jokes. Abhimanyu reminds Akshara of his advice of handling herself at the weak moment of nervousness. Akshara motivates herself. Abhimanyu applies Mahadev’s vibhuti on Akshara’s throat. He gives some vibhuti to Akshara to keep it safe as Mahadev’s blessings.

Akshara asks Abhimanyu if he doesn’t need to go to hospital to perform surgeries. Abhimanyu handles the matter for the time being. As he is about to leave for the singing competition with Akshara, Anand calls him up. Anand tells Abhimanyu that his neurologist friend, Dr. Singhal is especially coming to meet him from Delhi. He asks Abhimanyu to reach the hospital as soon as possible, as Dr. Singhal wants to perform some tests and physical examination of him. On Anand and Akshara’s repeated insistence, Abhimanyu leaves for the hospital. Akshara somehow convinces Abhimanyu and sends him to the hospital.

In the next episode, Anand will make his neurologist friend examine Abhimanyu’s hand’s severe nerve damage. After examining Abhimanyu’s hand, Anand’s neurologist friend will tell him that Abhimanyu’s hand’s nerve has got fully damaged. He will say that now Abhimanyu won’t ever be able to perform surgeries. Abhimanyu will overhear this. He will break down. Akshara on the other hand will get restless and worried about Abhimanyu.
