Yeh Rishta 23rd July 2022 Written Update Abhi fights back Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she is sure that he will get well soon. She cheers up Abhimanyu’s mood by praising him as the most excellent, cute and hottest surgeon of Udaipur. Abhimanyu and Akshara decide to together make his injured hand fine. Akshara makes Abhimanyu wear a bracelet saying, “You can do it”. Abhimanyu asks Akshara what is this for. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that whenever any of them will lose hope or feel scared, this bracelet will remind them that “they can do it”.
Abhimanyu kisses Akshara’s hand and thanks her. He tells Akshara that he is feeling sleepy due to the injection effect. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to sleep. She also informs Abhimanyu that she is going to see Manjiri as she might be worrier and tense. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to give strength to Manjiri. He also asks Akshara to ask Manjiri to thank God for saving her son from such a big accident. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that the credit for saving him goes to Aarohi. She tells Abhimanyu that people told her that if Aarohi would have got even a few minutes late in bringing him out of the car, then he could have died in the car blast.
Akshara leaves telling Abhimanyu that she won’t forget this favor of Aarohi ever in lifetime. Abhimanyu feels confused as well as bad. Downstairs Neil gives coffee or tea to Aarohi. Neil also thanks Aarohi for saving Abhimanyu ‘s life. Akshara comes downstairs. She tells everyone that Abhimanyu is better now and is sleeping due to the injection effect. Teary eyed Manjiri asks Akshara if Abhimanyu is going through any pain. Akshara replies no. Akshara goes to Aarohi and personally thanks her for saving her life by saving Abhimanyu’s life. Manish and Akhilesh feel happy seeing sister binding with each other again. Akshara asks Aarohi to tell if she is suffering through any pain or injury because of the accident.
Aarohi asks Akshara to stop feeling tense as she and Abhimanyu are absolutely fine. Akshara thanks Aarohi for keeping personal and professional lives and matters separate. Aarohi tells Akshara even after how much they fight, life brings them together in the end. She also tells Akshara that at the end of the day they are sisters. Goenkas feels happy seeing Aarohi talking politely to Akshara. Akshara tells Aarohi that by taunting her for not having any goals in her life, she motivated her. She also tells Aarohi that she is happy that her younger sister motivated her, which made her go for auditions.

Akshara says she will restart her career once Abhimanyu gets well. Aarohi tells Akshara that Abhimanyu will get well soon as she is with him. Even Manjiri feels happy seeing sisters bonding. Akshara hugs Aarohi but the latter feels irritated by pretending to be good, innocent and happy. Rudra calls Aarohi but the latter disconnects the former’s call. Aarohi watches Abhimanyu’s hard-earned medals and awards. She confidently says that she will soon achieve the same or more medals and awards than Abhimanyu. Aarohi decides to make Abhimanyu face challenges in his professional as well as personal life.
She gets determined to ruin Abhimanyu and Akshara’s relationship and marriage to get revenge from them for ruining her career. On the other hand, Akshara tries giving strength to Manjiri. She tells Manjiri that they won’t leave hope till they talk to all doctors, colleagues, classmates, relatives and friend circles of Anand, Abhimanyu and Mahima for a solution to fix Abhimanyu’s hand injury. Manjiri asks Akshara from where she gathers so much strength. Akshara tells Manjiri that love gives her strength as it sometimes becomes a person’s weakness and sometimes becomes a person’s strength too.
She convinces Manjiri to become her and Abhimanyu’s strength. Aarohi on the other hand decides to not let Abhira live peacefully for the coming next year. She gets determined to break Abhira’s marriage and relationship. Abhimanyu comes downstairs. Everyone asks Abhimanyu why he came downstairs when he needs to rest. They ask Abhimanyu if he needs something. Akshara notices something in Abhimanyu’s silence. She tells everyone that Abhimanyu is fine. Akshara tells everyone that she learnt in her music therapy that a person feels well, when he gets both prayers and medicines together. Manjiri says Akshara is absolutely right.
She says Abhimanyu earned so many people’s good wishes and prayers because of which God saved him from such a bog accident. Manjiri tells Abhimanyu that only everything right will happen with him even in future. Abhimanyu feels a little happy. In a low voice, Mahima scolds Anand for hiding such a big thing from her. Akshara, Anand and Manjiri notice Abhimanyu looking at Harsh angrily. Anand tells Abhimanyu that he had to have an important conversation with Harsh but failed to do so as his accident took place before that. Abhimanyu tells Anand that he has no issues with Harsh meeting family members.

Everyone feels a little light and happy. Abhimanyu goes to Aarohi and thanks her for saving his life. Aarohi pretends to be happy and smiles evilly recalling her revenge plan against Abhira. Akshara tries helping Abhimanyu to have faith in himself and do his possible works himself. She makes Abhimanyu practice by holding a coffee mug himself. First Abhimanyu drinks himself and then makes Akshara drink with his injured hand. Manjiri witnesses all this from a distance and feels emotional. At Goenka house, Suhasini tells the family that next morning, Guruji will get a havan performed in Abhimanyu’s name. She also tells the family that Guruji is even sending a raksha kavach for Abhimanyu.
Akhilesh says he will also talk to his surgeon friend in the UK to get a solution to fix Abhimanyu’s hand injury. Goenkas decides to do everything possible for their child. Kairav and Vansh make an upset Aarohi smile. Aarohi also smirks evilly, when her brothers ask her to not let bad Aarohi return from inside her. At Birla house, Akshara wakes up and smiles seeing Abhimanyu exercising his injured hand. She also gets teary eyed seeing Abhimanyu in pain. Akshara hides her tears from Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu also tries hiding his pain from Akshara. Abhira wishes, “Good Morning” to each other.
Akshara tells Abhimanyu that he is very hot. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he is trying to be super hot. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to not try to do what super hot boys do. She says girls run behind super hot boys. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to not be happy hearing this as she won’t let it happen. Abhimanyu teasingly tries making Akshara jealous. Akshara doesn’t get affected by it. She tells Abhimanyu that Neil told her everything about his college days. In between, Akshara is seen getting a call from some manager, but she disconnects it. Abhira continues their cute conversation. In between all this, the topic of surgery comes and hurts Abhira.
In the next episode, a person named Shashi will visit Birla house. Abhimanyu, Akshara and Aarohi will be seen talking to Shashi. Aarohi will try to make Abhimanyu jealous of Shashi. Aarohi’s continuous provocation will work and Abhimanyu will start feeling jealous of Shashi’s bonding with Akshara. Later, Akshara will be seen almost falling by stumbling. Abhimanyu will try to save Akshara but will fail due to his injured hand. Instead of Abhimanyu, Shashi will save Akshara. Aarohi will again speak out some provocative words. This will make Abhimanyu stare angrily at Shashi. Akshara will get worried seeing Abhimanyu’s angry expressions, while Aarohi will enjoy seeing her evil plan working.
