Bhagya Lakshmi 22nd December 2022 Written Update Lakshmi departs Rishi asks Lakshmi not to go, and stop for his sake. She packs his bags and leaves from the room. She doesn’t listen to Rishi. Ayush stops her from leaving. Lakshmi tells that she is leaving and won’t stop for anyone’s sake. Dadi cries saying something major has happened that Rishi and Lakshmi have taken the divorce decision. Ayush agrees with Dadi. Dadi asks him to go and call Rishi. She wants to know the reason behind the divorce. Rishi tells that he can’t let Lakshmi leave, he has to stop her. He rushes downstairs and calls out Lakshmi to stop her from leaving. Earlier in the show, Dadi tells that she will ask Lakshmi also. Rishi asks Lakshmi can’t they change this decision. He tells that he decided this because he cheated her, he doesn’t deserve her, but he can’t live without her. He promises to never cheat her again.

Lakshmi tells that he lost her faith. He tells that he will fix everything. She asks can he erase whatever happened between Malishka and him. She can’t live with Rishi after his cheat. Rishi tells that he can’t live without her. He asks her to not go. She tells that she can’t forgive her. They both shed tears. Malishka and Sonal plan to celebrate their victory. Lakshmi remembers Rishi and her sweet moments and sheds tears feeling the pain of separation. Rishi feels hurt seeing her cry. He fails to console her. He goes away and cries a lot.

Rishi finds Lakshmi packing her bags and leaving. He tries hard to stop her. He asks her not to go anywhere, he will leave if she wants. Lakshmi wipes her tears. She looks at Rishi, and decides to not change her mind. She doesn’t forgive him. The family comes home. They summon Lakshmi. Virender asks Lakshmi about her decision of divorce. Lakshmi tells that she is leaving. Lakshmi’s decision shocks the family. Ayush asks why is she going, they will sort out the problems. Dadi asks Lakshmi why is she doing such a thing, why did they decide to get the divorce. Virender and Dadi promise to fix everything.

They ask Ayush to go and get Rishi, who can tell them the reason for the divorce. Malishka asks Sonal does she feel Rishi will tell the truth. Sonal asks her to wait and watch the drama. Neelam asks Dadi not to question Rishi and Lakshmi, when they have decided it well. Lakshmi stops Ayush from calling Rishi. She asks Dadi and everyone to swear, they won’t ask Rishi anything. She doesn’t want to bring Rishi’s mistake in front of them. Neelam tells that they know the reason, Rishi has said yes for divorce because of Lakshmi. She adds that she is glad that Lakshmi is finally leaving the house. She asks Lakshmi to leave. Karishma asks Ayush to take Lakshmi’s bag.

Rano defends Lakshmi. She asks Lakshmi not to let them blame her, and tell the reason for the divorce. Lakshmi asks Rano not to ask her anything. Rano asks her to tell them the truth. Lakshmi asks her to not question her further. Malishka and Sonal watch the drama. Rano tells that the Oberois will blame them, they will show their richness. Rano asks Neelam how can she oust Lakshmi when she had come to beg for Lakshmi’s hand. Neelam and Rano get into a heated argument.

Neelam insults Rano. Shalu and Bani come ahead to defend their sister. They remind that Rishi is alive because of Lakshmi. Neelam asks them to get out of the house. Lakshmi asks Rano to take her home. Rano tells that Neelam has always insulted them. She opens Lakshmi’s bag and shows the things she has packed. She tells that they can check the bag, Lakshmi isn’t any thief, she didn’t take any jewellery, just one photo frame. They see Rishi’s picture. Rano asks Lakshmi why did she take the picture. Lakshmi stops her from throwing the picture. Rishi doesn’t want Lakshmi to leave. Lakshmi packs her bag again. She cries a lot and recalls the moments spent with the family. She reaches the doorstep and thinks of her Grahpravesh rituals.
