After hearing Rakhi’s assertion, Preeta is moved by his gesture and attempts to recognise Karan in him. She returns his bag, which he appreciates. He claims that he is aware that something has occurred. She claims that her heart was unaffected. He reports that an incident has occurred in the home. She is asked to describe what transpired. Rakhi feels Mahesh will never stand by her. She tells that Mahesh felt she has gone mad, she is in trauma, she thinks Karan has come back. She inquires as to why he did not believe her. She questions his faith on her. She reminds him the pandit’s words. She tells that Karan is alive. Mahesh inquires as to why she is upset, whether it is because he did not believe her or because he refused to accept Arjun as Karan. She tells him she finds it strange; he didn’t recognise their son; he never thought Arjun was Karan. She judges him and calls him a bad father.

Mahesh tries to rethink about Karan and Arjun. He doesn’t know if he should trust Rakhi or not. He recalls Karan’s final rites, which he performed. Preeta finds Rakhi crying. She consoles Rakhi. Rakhi asks Preeta if she never felt that Arjun is Karan. Preeta remembers the moments with Arjun. Rakhi apologizes to Preeta for asking this question. Preeta tells that even she felt it, just because they miss Karan a lot, they don’t forget him and see Karan in everyone.

Preeta tells her that maybe Arjun is doing this with a special motive, he met them as Karan’s fan, he has studied Karan’s life well, he knows a lot about Karan. Rakhi tells that Arjun knows everything, because he is Karan. Preeta asks how can Arjun be Karan, why doesn’t he tell them that he is Karan if this is true. Rakhi trusts her. She gives her a task. She asks Preeta to find out if Arjun is really Arjun or Karan. Preeta tells that she will try to find out the truth if Rakhi is so confident. Rakhi asks her to get the proof for the family so that they believe Arjun is Karan.

Shrishti overhears them and tells that she wants to join their plan, she wants to become a part of this noble deed. Rakhi thanks her for support. Preeta asks Rakhi to stop worrying. She assures that she will find out the truth. Rakhi gets a new hope. She hugs Preeta. On the other side, Karan returns home with Preeta’s memories. He tells Anjali that he is feeling sleepy. She regrets that he doesn’t see her love, he has fallen in love with Preeta, he just thinks of Preeta. She gets upset. Meanwhile, Prithvi learns the news from Luthra house servant that Arjun is Karan. The servant tells that Rakhi has claimed this, but the family isn’t believing her. He demands money for the news. Prithvi pays him.

He recalls his conversations with Arjun. He tells that Arjun is really smart, he is cheating Luthras to get their business. He wishes Arjun was on his team. He gets happy that finally Arjun is tackling Luthras well. Shrishti rushes to Sameer and shares the plan. Sameer doesn’t hear her. He just wants to sleep. Preeta prays to get saved from the big dilemma. She tells that if Arjun is really Karan, then she will not leave him. Shrishti complains to her about Sameer. Preeta asks her to let Sameer sleep. Shrishti asks how will they prove Arjun is Karan. Preeta tells that they will find out Arjun’s past and check if the provided details are correct. She adds that if Arjun is really Karan then he would have something that belonged to only Karan.
