Kundali Bhagya 5th March 2023 Written Update Preeta’s twins Mahesh tells Bani that Karan isn’t liking the hospital wards. Karan wants the best ward for Preeta. Shrishti tells that Karan is the best husband and the world’s best Jiju. Karan tells that Shrishti is his favorite. Kavya asks if she isn’t his favorite. Rishabh tells that Kavya is his favorite. Bani and Kareena pamper Kavya. Preeta asks if she isn’t anyone’s favorite. Kavya tells that Preeta is her favorite. Preeta gets into labor. The family rushes her to the hospital. Shrishti runs to get the medical file. Kritika tells Kavya that they will go to see Preeta after a few hours.
Karan asks Preeta not to worry. The family speaks to the doctor. They encourage Preeta to stay strong. Karan tells Preeta that he loves her a lot. Preeta is taken inside the OT. The family teases Karan over his love confession. Karan tells that he said I love you to his wife, not any stranger. Rishabh asks him to pray for Preeta and the coming babies. The family pulls his leg. Karan gets nervous. He goes to the temple to pray for his coming babies. The family wishes that Preeta and the babies stay healthy. Karan collides with Nidhi. He asks her what is she doing in the hospital.
She asks him if he is okay. He tells that Preeta is pregnant, it’s his first time, and he wasn’t with Preeta when Kavya was born. She congratulates him. She is happy for him. She tells that she just came for a check-up. He insists on her and enquires about her visit. He checks the ICU and finds Anjali inside. He asks her about Anjali. He asks Nidhi if she was hiding about Anjali. He grows worried for Anjali. She says that Anjali met with an accident and has been in a coma for a long time. He can’t believe it. She asks him to go to Preeta, who needs him more. She asks him to meet Anjali when he gets fine.
He apologizes to her for not asking about Anjali. She tells that she would have lied to him even if he got to know it because she doesn’t want him to worry. He holds Anjali’s hand with concern. He asks Nidhi to call him if she needs help. Karan’s touch brings Anjali out of the coma. Karan makes a leave. Kareena feels tense. Rishabh asks Rakhi what did she eat when Karan was born. He calls Karan kiddish. Mahesh asks Rishabh to call Biji. Rishabh tells that he forgot it. Shrishti tells that Rishabh is the best because he always takes the blame for others’ mistakes.

Rishabh calls Biji and informs that Preeta is okay. Rakhi tells Biji that they got Preeta to the hospital, and it’s time that they welcome the babies. Biji tells that she will also come to the hospital in some time. Karan reaches the temple and prays for Preeta. He says that he couldn’t see Kavya getting born, so this time he will get to see his two babies coming. He wishes that his Preeta stays fine. Nidhi misses Anjali. She wishes Anjali becomes the same innocent sister who used to share her feelings with her. She explains that Arjun is just their friend and Anjali should have not fallen in love with him.
She wishes Anjali gets fine and moves on in life. She says they will return to London and make a new start. She doesn’t find her life complete now. She says that she got Arjun in the same city last time, and now she has lost him, Arjun never belonged to her. She wishes Anjali also understood this. Sameer tells Karan that everything is fine. Karan is excited to welcome his babies. He goes back to Nidhi and Anjali. Nidhi asks him if he got a son or a daughter. He tells that there is still time. He is upset that she has hidden her problems from her. He tells that he can’t see Anjali like that.
He adds that he is grateful to her for giving him a new life and making his return to Preeta. He tells that he will always be there for them. Preeta delivers her twins. The Luthras get super happy to welcome two babies into the family. They congratulate each other. Karan thanks the doctor. The doctor tells them that Preeta has delivered twins, two baby boys, they aren’t identical in looks, but they are healthy and Preeta is also safe. The family isn’t able to control their happiness. They tell that they want to meet Preeta and the babies. The doctor asks them to wait for some time. The Luthras dance in the hospital corridor. Biji comes and congratulates them. Preeta gets to see her twins. Karan reaches there and experiences the joyful moment that completes him as a father.
