He informs the family about Lakshmi. Virender gets worried for Lakshmi. Rishi is surrounded by Lakshmi’s memories which gives him strength in the weak moments. The doctor informs him that Lakshmi is critical. Rishi asks him what he means. Rishi grows panicking about Lakshmi. The nurse asks if is Lakshmi his wife. He says no. She asks about his relationship with Lakshmi. He tells her that Lakshmi is his everything.
Malishka looks for Rishi, unaware of the hospital where he took Lakshmi. She spots his car and stops. She goes and checks the stranded car. She tells that Lakshmi is the reason for Rishi’s accident. She fears for Rishi’s life. Malishka cries that Lakshmi is coming between Rishi and her again. She feels Malishka is inauspicious for Rishi, she was unlucky for him when she was his wife and even now when she means nothing to him. The doctor tells Rishi they have to do Lakshmi’s operation, but there is a big risk. Rishi enquires about the risks involved in the surgery.
He says that if the operation is done, then there are chances that she will slip into a coma or she loses her memory. Rishi is shocked to know the risks. He goes out of the hospital and cries. He feels he can’t live without Lakshmi. He recalls leaving Lakshmi’s hand and feeling the pain. He tells that he loves Lakshmi and he has realized it now. Oberois rush to the hospital. Rishi goes to fill out the form. The nurse asks him if he is Lakshmi’s husband. He replies with a no. She asks him about their relationship when she isn’t his wife. She tells that he fought with the minister’s wife for Lakshmi’s sake. Rishi tells that Lakshmi means everything to him. He cries seeing Lakshmi in the OT. He feels guilty. Shalu gets worried for Lakshmi. She wants Ayush to inform her about her sister. She gets Ayush’s call. She asks him about Lakshmi. Ayush gives her bad news.

She asks did Lakshmi’s marriage get fixed. She reminds him that he promised, he won’t let Rishi and Lakshmi get separated and he has to keep his promise. She gets worried. He tells that Lakshmi’s marriage didn’t get fixed, she made the guy patch up with his ex and now they are getting married. She asks him what’s the bad news then. He tells that a fire broke out at the hotel, and Rishi took Lakshmi to the hospital. She worries for Lakshmi and asks for the hospital’s name. He tells that he doesn’t know the hospital’s details.
He asks her not to take stress, Rishi is with Lakshmi, and when he realizes that he loves Lakshmi, then he will never leave her. He is sure that everything will be okay. Bani asks Shalu about Lakshmi. Shalu tells her that something happened to Lakshmi. Bani cries. Rishi recalls his moments with Lakshmi and misses her. The doctor sends Lakshmi for tests. Rishi tells that nothing should happen to Lakshmi. Malishka gets to see Rishi’s car accident. She runs to see. She worries that Rishi is okay. She prays that her Rishi is fine. He tells that some veins in the brain got damaged, it was cause internal bleeding, so they suggest surgery.

She tells Dadi that she was worried because Lakshmi is with Rishi. Dadi wishes her children to stay fine. Rishi waits outside the OT, while the surgery goes on. He wants to know if the operation is going well. The nurse asks him to wait, the doctor will come and explain the case. The family tries to find Rishi and Lakshmi. Ayush learns about Rishi’s accident. He tells that he is trying to find their location. He states the information he received.
