YRKKH 8th April 2023 Written Update Upsetting Abhinav asks Abhimanyu to understand that Abhir needs his treatment and must stay happy. Abhimanyu tells that they are parents and they can decide for Abhir. He assures that Abhir will get the support. Abhimanyu goes home and finds the entire family busy making a cake. Aarohi asks what are they preparing. The family hides the surprise cake. Aarohi sees the cake and tells that she didn’t see anything. Ruhi tells that she spoilt the surprise. Aarohi tells that she is very happy to see them preparing a cake for her. Everyone wishes Aarohi on her birthday. Akshara and Abhinav also wish her and tell her that Muskaan is with Abhir at the hospital.
Aarohi cuts the cake. Akshara tells that Abhir has also wished her. Aarohi wishes that Abhir gets well soon. She gets touched to receive love from everyone. Ruhi asks Aarohi to stop crying. Aarohi gets a surprise gift from Akshara. She finds the gift special. Goenkas ask her to enjoy her day. Aarohi feels her day has become special because of Abhimanyu. She takes a piece of cake for him, but Ruhi eats it. Abhinav is worried for Abhir. They both have a clash of opinions about Abhir. Manish knows that they are concerned for Abhir. Abhinav tells that he wants to bring Abhir home to keep his wish.
Akshara tells that Abhir needs to be monitored. Manish asks them to decide as Abhir’s parents. Manjiri decides Abhimanyu and Aarohi’s birthday date. Ruhi is excited to know about their date. Manjiri asks them to spare some time for each other. Abhimanyu tells that he will go with Aarohi. His commitment makes Aarohi happy. On the other hand, Muskaan and Kairav get into an argument when he goes to the hospital to help her. The nurse asks them to have the couple fight somewhere else. They are clear that they aren’t a couple. The nurse asks them to stop behaving like a couple.
Meanwhile, Abhinav and Akshara meet Abhir and try to feed him food. Abhimanyu asks them to tell the truth to Abhir about his illness, or else he will get frustrated. Abhinav asks him to explain to Abhir. Abhimanyu tells that Abhir’s faith in them will break, they are parents and they should explain the truth to him. He asks them not to delay things further. Abhimanyu hopes Abhir gets mentally prepared for the surgery. Shefali and Nishta prepare Aarohi for the special date. They tease Aarohi.
Ruhi tells that Aarohi is looking very cute and Abhimanyu might faint upon seeing her. Manjiri tells that she will call Abhimanyu home. Aarohi is sure that he will come on time. Abhinav and Akshara explain to Abhir his medical condition. They get saddened while revealing the truth. Abhir turns depressed. Abhinav further explains him the functioning of the heart. They tell him that he will get okay soon and that he can play football all day. Abhir is scared of dying.
Akshara hugs Abhir and tells him that he will recover. She tells him that Abhimanyu is a good doctor and he will save his life. Abhir cries in fear. Abhinav asks him not to get afraid. He encourages Abhir. Abhimanyu keeps a watch on Abhir. Manjiri and Aarohi speak to Rohan and learn that Abhimanyu is busy in Abhir’s case. Abhimanyu worries for Abhir.
