YRKKH 9th April 2023 Written Update Disclosure. Abhimanyu meets Abhir and tells him that he will get okay soon. He adds that Abhir will not even know about the surgery. He asks Abhir to get ready to go home, the surgery will happen after two weeks. Abhimanyu permits Abhir to go home and enjoy his time with the family. Akshara agrees. Abhir thankfully hugs Abhimanyu. Ruhi is upset that Abhimanyu has ditched Aarohi and didn’t come for the date. Aarohi explains that Abhimanyu is a doctor and he has to give priority to a patient’s life. Ruhi feels sad for Aarohi. Aarohi is also upset but hides her sorrow from Ruhi. She tells that she is okay. She asks Ruhi to forgive Abhimanyu.
Aarohi gets worried that Abhimanyu and Akshara can bond again. Abhimanyu gets reminded of his date. He says that he has to go. Akshara asks him to go because the hospital hours have ended. Abhimanyu wishes Ruhi doesn’t get upset with him. He rushes home. Akshara tells that it’s Aarohi’s birthday and maybe Abhimanyu has dinner plans. Abhimanyu comes home and finds Manjiri upset. He answers that he is a doctor and he was busy with a patient. He tells that he will talk to Aarohi. Manjiri tells that he was busy with Abhir. He doesn’t think he did anything wrong. She has no problems with Abhir, but with Akshara.
Aarohi looks for her special hand cream. She finds the cream nearly over in the bottle. She thinks she forgot to order one for her. Abhimanyu surprises her with the cream bottle and gifts her. She gets surprised by his thoughtful gift. She finds it perfect. She thanks him for remembering her needs. He tells that they don’t have the cake, but she can still make a wish by blowing out the candle. Aarohi makes a wish. He sings a birthday song for her. He apologizes to her for not coming on time. He regrets to fail in keeping his promises. He tells that he was at the hospital, Abhir’s parents were telling him about his heart condition so he stayed back, but he should have informed her. He feels sorry.

He asks for another chance. He asks her to decide the time and place. He wants to make up for his mistake. She thanks him. She gets happy that Abhimanyu is becoming caring towards her. On the other hand, Goenkas plan to welcome Abhir home. They plan to make Abhir happy. Mahima and Aarohi discuss the twin babies case with Abhimanyu. He gets reminded of his twin babies. He cries and goes out of the cabin. Akshara learns that Abhimanyu is busy with a twin babies case. She is also reminded of her delivery. She also goes out and weeps. She finds Abhimanyu crying. She knows his pain of losing their babies, but can’t tell him that Abhir is his child, who survived that accident. Abhimanyu meets Dr. Sandeep.
Aarohi tells that she has called him for help in the twin babies case. Sandeep tells that he has come to Udaipur with his family to celebrate Gangaur. He advises them on the case. He tells them about handling the same case 6 years old, it was a complicated pregnancy, one of the babies of the twin was survived, the delivery was complex, the baby was a miracle baby but his father was also a miracle, and the mother was unconscious after the delivery, but the father had taken care of his baby so well. He praises Abhinav for saving the child through his dedication. Abhimanyu asks the patient’s name.
Doctor says, Sharma. He tells that he doesn’t remember the full name, but he will always remember them as a symbol of courage. Akshara and Abhinav take Abhir home. They get a wonderful surprise. Goenkas dances and cheers up Abhir. Manjiri wishes Abhimanyu and Aarohi stay happy. Abhimanyu gets suspicious of Abhinav and Akshara’s child. Dadi wishes Akshara and Aarohi to celebrate Gangaur together.
